Criterium 77 (Taito 1977)

This game is a TTL clone of Criterium 75. It was built at a time when Taito from Brazil was abandoning the EM fabrication and testing new technologies. There were versions of this machine still electromechanical and so far there is no EM or TTL Running in Brazil.

great job on your build.  here is some friendly advice for you

Don’t be afraid to copy basic primitives from other tables. Most authors  don’t mind if you use the primitives from their tables.

the bumper primitives for this table have been made.

the wire guides next to the flippers have been made

Kiwi made a great looking backwall metal bar (you need to import the Angolare90.png  image to your table)

and most important,

back in the early days of VP9  most people built cabinet walls from multiple ramps.  It was easier to use PS and ad them to the DT image.

Primitives are used (I added the proper cab primitive  for this table),  their is no need to add them to your DT image.  I changed the X scale in the DT settings to match the Y settings

and the DT image is no longer usable because of the cabinet image.

I also included some PSDs,   one is for the bumper T5,  just in case you like to change the color

I also included my stand up target images,  in case you like to see some wear and tear on your targets.

Photoshop  –> channel mixer –> you can change the color

Thanks for the tip, man. I’ll check out the primitives you mentioned. I did not find any primitive that resembled the bumper used by Taito, so I used that object to simulate the model. As it is my first posted table I still have a long way to go.

atm. this is just a 1 Player, do you want to upgrade it for 4 Players ?
Because i have to Change Script Parts too, to get a directb2s Version …

Tried some FS Settings, and have Issues with some Materials and Lights,
they have always another Position …

Have you a higher Resolution Image ? Just add this as .zip here,
Overall it is a bad Mix with EM Elements like Player Numbers with Lights,
and other LED Elements, maybe i can Change it to full LED Datas ?

Otherwise i or someone, can use my newer Image below …

4 players for desktop is not very used here, and I did not even remember that in the forum you make versions for b2s. As soon as I have a work break I will upgrade to 4 players. As for the image, this is the best I have. It was made from a Criterium 75 Recel, observing a Taito flyer that presents the machine.

So, i dont know, what you meant, Sounds like i am a super Noob , whatever,
here is the first B2S Demo , just have Troubles with the Light Positions, maybe FS Settings are to adjust.

If you want to Update your Table to a 4 Player, please Set all your Backdrop Elements,
like Reels and  Textbox, to a new Collection Group, then it is easy to disable this for FS User in Script, example:

If Table1.ShowDT = false then
For each x in YourNewGroup
x.Visible = 0
Next
end if

My Additions for B2S was just the Lines with Controller Comands.

And later “we” should use the controller.vbs in Script.

Dear STAT, I do not speak English. I can understand written texts but, I do not have skill in the conversation and sometimes, google translate betrays me. What I meant is that I did not think the machine for 4 players because normally on the desktop it plays itself. That was a mistake you will make to correct. I’m going to make a standard script for possible uses like FS and upgrade to Criterium 77 as soon as I have time available.

is anyone els having problems with the scoring on this game?  After i complete a game and restart another the score doesnt reset and it just continues to build
