I’ve played 16 games. By far the best I’ve done was 204 million, then a ball got stuck! I attached an image to show how somehow one went over the plastics, and got stuck behind the top captive ball on the right.
Is there a way to add another ball to the game when something like this happens? I’ve seen videos where people have tossed balls on the playfield, but never learned how to do it.

Does your plunge go all the way around so the skill shot can be attempted with the upper left flipper. Mine barely gets to the top and come down the middle to the top right flipper. I can adjust it no problem, just making sure it is like this for others.

I had the same problem. I didn’t make any adjustments though. Now that the GOTW is over, I think I’ll add a little more power to the plunger. I’ll also see if I can add an wall or posts to prevent the ball from getting stuck behind the captive balls. That was super frustrating when that happened.

yep I can confirm that it does that, all I did was add a sliver of wall up on top of the ramp to stop that. and obviously its not visible.
