Hello pinballers,
As the Spring snow piles up here in Minnesota (so far 12″ since Friday) I was able to hunker down with the garage heater and finally get started on my cabinet build. With a successful weekend nearly behind me, I decided it time to break from the shadows on all of the VP community sites and introduce myself.
My woodworking skills aren’t as refined as I would like them to be but I do fancy a project every now and again. I’m looking forward to some of the head scratching that I’m sure will come with building a rig. While not stumbling through cuts, I have a lovely wife that has so far supported my new-found obsession and a 3 month old daughter who probably can’t wait until she can reach the flippers.
By day, I do design and frontend development for MarketWatch.com. We have an old Cyclone table in our game room at the office which is probably what re-sparked my childhood love of high scores and extra balls.
Anyways, that’s me. Thanks for everything in advance and I’m looking forward to the ride.

from your neighbor to the south! I’m in Blaine off of 125th. Glad to know someone understands my snow pains. I’ve been watching you and TerryRed’s videos on Youtube for inspiration. Great stuff!

April 15, 2018 at 10:26 pm #81915Most my videos are 4 years old and I don’t edit them :) Terry does a much better job on his videos. About this snow and what’s funny is we normally open our pool in April 15th(tax day) has always been tradition for 22 years but not this year!

April 16, 2018 at 2:28 pm #81989Yes. I always have to google you’re measurements :)
It’s not that it very much snow this year, it is that has been a cold April and it shows. I don’t have a pool, but, I doubt that it would be opened before mid June here.
17. May is our constitution day. And, the question every year is – how much snow is left. I hate the snow more and more for each year as I’m getting older. The only good thing about it I guess is that it gives me some kind of exercise. I’ve refused to buy a snow miller ( if that is the correct word for it ). All shoveling still done by human power here

April 16, 2018 at 4:21 pm #82017We had this 2 foot of snow in about 24 hours. Before that we had almost none. So here April 15th taxes are due and i usually used that day to open it. Here is what my pool looks like today(April 16th) :(
I usually always shovel too! But used the snow blower this last storm. I’m old
