Had a visitor today

When I typed this up last night I did omit mentioning the highlight of the visit was of course meeting your wife, much more pleasant an experience then meeting you (no offense eheh).  Kidding aside, she’s a great lady and I’m glad our wives seemed to hit it off so well!

Just wanted to pipe in and mention I too also had a visitor today!

The Loafer asked to stop by so he could see what a 4K screen looks like in a cab.

He got to see both 4K and Popper (with Tarcisio’s theme and cool wheelbar)  in action…and I think it only took him 1 minute to be converted to want both. :)

This is actually the first time I met someone else with this same hobby in person. It was so cool to geek out! (My daughter teased me about it)

My phone was stolen a while back and I just got a new one, so I didnt even think of getting pics….BUT he got a little bit of video of my cab on his phone! :)

a man after my own heart… fuck them phones… I had not charged mine in a very long time, then my power went out for almost 2 days… so it got changed in the car… and RandR was the only person i talked to, thru the chat… and that was short… I love my internet access , but i would throw my phone away if my wife wouldnt get pissed…

I never noticed this updated thread, is it too late to show the pic I took of Terry’s pincab as proof I was there?  LOL

 

Although late to the party it’s always worth pointing out that sometimes you get to meet people and you wonder: is the online person we see a persona or the real deal?  Well, with Terry: there are no masks, he IS the real deal!   Thanks again Terry for leading me towards the light that is at the end of the tunnel called “4K” (and in the future addressable LED’s, etc).  It’s an expensive tunnel!
