Is the buzzing constant the whole time the table is running? Does the emulation look to otherwise be behaving properly? Attract lights etc.?

those who have sound error, look for another rom, I have a pinmame romset, I found in “the isozone.com” and the roms do not give me errors (I do not put the link because I do not know if it is allowed)
only search in google “vpinmame romset”

Game sounds aren’t rendered by the table, so it seems like you’ve got a pinMAME issue somewhere. You’re sure you’re using 3.0? You might drop by the pinMAME development forum and see if anyone has an idea that can help you.

Hi, Thanks for the table…looks georgous and plays super. I get the constant tone during gameplay…the tone does change occasionally to a different sounding tone as you play but the tone drowns out all the other game sounds.I tried redownloading the ROM from this site with the same results. running 10.5 beta and PinMame 3.0. No problems with any other table

Sorry to hear about the trouble. What happens when you test the ROM in vPinMAME via the setup menu?
BTW, I’m running 3.1 and recommend giving that a try.

the buzzing lasts whole game I get only table mechanical sounds and buzzing even after reset tried changing audio settings in vpx mo luck downloaded rom 3 times from different sites not sure if that explains enough emulation table and backglass are awesome not sure what’s causing it thanks for your time and table creation

just noticed if i add credit buzzing starts or start game and gam starts out at 57000 range for starting score not 0 not sure if that helps tested rom in tester its ok so i don’t get it only rom i’ve ever had do this

Well, here is the good news for the few of you with bad sound emulation: Eight Ball Deluxe is available for download and works fine. Let me know if you have any luck fixing your PinMAME installation. Aside from trying to get your install to match mine I don’t know what other advice to give.

Same sound issue with me. high pitched sound which changes to lower mono tone once its goes though the first rollover and remains like it for rest of game. Tried both sound roms, no change. running v10.4 and v3

Did you use my rom in post just before yours? I’m at 10.4 and 3.0 as well also I wonder if you guys have samples for vpinmame installed? Not sure if this table needs them but make sure you have them anyways they are in downloads section here under visual pinball builds/required files for vp then bottom of download list is “sound samples”
