Changed cache settings so basically if your logged in your getting site with no cache. Honestly I didn’t cache the forums before but i made some big changes and i cannot tell if i made it worse or same or better? I can never leave stuff alone

Hey guys,
Having some server issues :( memory leak or something causing slow site or server crash at times. will work on it over the next day or 2 downloads may be PAINFULLY slow too no idea why but will get it sorted i’m sure

Guys i need some information on downloads please.
I currently have very slow downloads from site! Â 17mb takes 20 min! maybe my connection but usually i can download 100mb in like 10 seconds
can you post your download speeds from site?

Looks like I’m averaging 50KB/s, my internet here can go up to 10MB/s on fast servers like Steam, so I agree something seems amiss.

Turns out after 4 days of pulling my hair out that slow downloads/site for some people including MYSELF are caused by a LEVEL3 outage in Colorado. Site is so slow for me in Minnesota but a member in Florida is fine. I can do nothing but wait looks like

You can only do what you are able to do.
It is slow for me here in Washington state also. But the downloads do work. Just slower. Better than not working.
It is not a huge problem, as I usually only download everything I missed while working on tables, once a month.
I can wait. I am sure it will get remedied soon.
This is still the best pinball site!!!

Thanks. So frustrating I worked so hard to optimize everything and was running great! I just hope this get fixed soon as it really is out of my hands I route through the area that is having issues :(
