PHARAOH - DEAD RISE
UPDATE! Version 1.1 - For those that were experiencing stutter, this version takes care of that. Plus, smoother animations! Thank you rothbauerw for the overhaul. The Mighty Pharaoh has long been dead, and the decades, centuries, and ages that have passed were like whispers in the wind, sifting through the sands of time. With quiet strength, the Pharaoh's tomb did stand in solemn testimony to the mighty ruler of Egypt then, but alas, the dark side of what once was, has revealed itself inside the tombs. His people believe that this dark presence is none other than the Pharaoh himself, risen from the dead, in some form, to exact revenge on all who enter. As for the skeptics? Well, let's just say that they have all mysteriously "disappeared", lost forever, inside the tombs. So... do YOU dare enter the Mighty Pharaoh's tomb... again? Be warned, for this is... PHARAOH - DEAD RISE! Thank you to: *xenonph & *HiRezOO for the awesome PF skull which inspired me to create this! *JP Salas for creating the script for the torch flickers and your awesome knowledge! *BorgDog for suggesting to try flashers. Never used them before and now I can't stop! lol Hello everyone! Pharaoh is a great table but I wanted to create a bit more sinister version, by adding a little more fun, to an already exciting table. I searched through alot of videos online trying to replicate the best I could for most of the aspects of the real machine. I hope that I honored it well. Thank you again for allowing me the privilege to share my work here. I hope you all have as much fun playing it as I did making it. Don't forget about the end game bonus with 2 or more players, and of course the MAGNA-SAVES! Pharaoh - Dead Rise uses the standard rom pharo_l2. Enjoy! Your friend in Pinball, Watacaractr Note: Pharaoh - Dead Rise is designed as a 5 ball table. After installing you'll notice that the default is 3 balls. You can change it to a 5 ball game, or change other things, by adjusting the Williams 7 System. 1. Press 9 to enter diagnostic mode. The displays should go blank when you enter this mode. 2. Press 8 to enter test mode. 3. Press 7 and then press 8 to see 01 in the credit display. 4. Continue to press 8 until you see 04 in the credit display and 30 in the match/ball in play display. 5. Press and hold the 1 key to select the number of balls you want. The value will increment by 1 while you are holding in the 1 key. When you reach the number of balls you want to set it to, release the 1 key. (NOTE: If you want to lower the value, or if you pass the value you wanted, release the 1 key, press and release the 7 key and then press and hold the 1 key. The value will then decrement by 1). 6. Press F3 to save your changes and reset the table. Read MoreWatacaractr 594 downloads

Freddy, A Nightmare on Elmstreet - [Dark's MOD]
Freddy A Nightmare on Elmstreet (Gottlieb 1994) Credits: Original VPX table by jipeji16 and noted previous contributors are: JPJ - Team PP - Arngrim - Unclewilly - Grizz - Hassenchop - Hauntfreaks https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/freddy-a-nightmare-on-elm-street-gottlieb-1994/ Dark's MOD: What's new? -New 3D plastic ramp + 3D pre-rendered texture. -Mostly new Wire ramp (I kept some parts of the old one). -Re-worked lighting for Freddy + re-worked materials for Freddy. -VP ramps adjusted a bit to closer match photos I had, also wire ramp friction increased a bit to slow travel time to a more realistic speed. -New ball image/lighting -adjusted POV to match new plastic ramp texture -adjusted Freddy 'Glove hand' slightly. Notes: Do NOT adjust the pov unless you really feel you must, the POV is optimized for the 3d pre-rendered texture of the plastic ramp. Feel free to adjust if you must but be aware it will start to throw off the look of the ramp. IF YOU WANT GOLD WIRE RAMPS: In the VP editor select the wire ramp, change it's material from "Metal Wire JP1" to "Metal Wire JP1-GOLD". Most photos of the table I have feature a golden-like Wire ramps, though personally I prefer the standard chrome/silver, so I leave the option to you. Note that this version/mod was made for cabinet users, so I haven't even tried DT version. I found that I could get a higher level of lighting/detail on Freddy using a metal material, so he might look weird from a DT perspective - if he does just un-check metal in his material - I think it should be okay though. Lighting and pre-rendered texture on plastic ramp will not be optimized for DT perspective - sorry. This is pretty much just a visual update, I thought this table was fairly well done but could benefit from my own personal touch. It pretty much just started with me adjusting stuff for Freddy to try to get him to look a bit closer to how I had imagined him on the table and I had no plans of modding the table for release. However as I started to get more involved I thought with this much work involved I might as well share this mod. Hope you like it, appreciate it, if not, there's always the previous version to go back on or siggi's mod! :) That's it folks, just want to thank all the previous contributors and a special thanks to rothbauer for general help. Loch Ness empty playfield
I'm not sure whats going on behind the scenes with this table (I have heard some rumbling about it being made) and since I had some down time, and was bored I did my best to empty the playfield. There are no images online of the table stripped bare, so I had to use my imagination and come up with some guesses. I'm not sure how helpful this is, if helpful at all, but here it is. I know in the past, others have taken my less than stellar redraws and really amped them up, so if that is you, go for it! No need to ask permission, just use away. I also plan on working on plastics next, and will be uploading them to this file in the future. Attached are my resource pictures and all the psd. files I have used for the project. Genie (Gottlieb 1979)
Here you have Genie, a widebody by Gottlieb from 1979. The playfield is packed, the art package is gorgeous, the gameplay is challenging. Genie is a collaboration with rothbauerw, who put his skills into the script, DOF, physics, VR, FSS, etc. (all the cool stuff). There are some options at the top of the script: You can switch between liberal and conservative operator post positions (default conservative). Liberal settings requires a playfield image swap which is included in the vpx image manager. An option to use DOF chimes (default is off). An option for VR view (default is off). Thanks also to Arconovum for FSS script Borgdog for lane guide tent and spinner meshes 32assassin for the base script Jon Osborne for plastic and bumper scans This game requires 10.6 or higher and is VR and FSS ready. Thunder Man Resources
Last year at pinfest, a weird, rare table, Thunder Man popped up. I have only seen a few pictures of the table previously, but there it was in the flesh! The owner wasn't around when I was there so I did not get the chance to play it or see it in action, however; I did grab so photos of it. I have the files in the resource section but I figured I would put them up for download as well. Pinfest is every year in May in Allentown PA, so I'm guessing the owner lives some what close to PA and is on the East coast. I'm hoping he is back next year with the machine so I can get more info on it. Also included is a pieced together version of the play field from the various pictures. Loch Ness Monster playfield WIP
After seeing the wheel pop up on here, I decided to take a look at the table. The vp9 table is in rough shape and there are very very scarce resources out there on this table. So I grabbed what I could find, and put this very early work in progress. I do all my work on my work pc, but sadly my pc is becoming too slow to do much more. I will continue to mess with this as a fun hobby on my downtime. I figure it's better to upload the resources here in case something happens to the original. I read someone was working on this table a while ago, so I'm not sure how far along they are, or what their resources look like. But if anyone wants to use mine, feel free. Attached is a png and the psd file. Read Moreroccodimarco 74 downloads

StarTrek the next Generation PuPPack
Star Trek the next Generation PuPPack. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE , here comes the STTNG PuPPack a beast of a table but now with nice Videoanimations matching the Gameplay. tested with rom sttng_I7 and the STTNG table by (Knorr) This PuPPack requires Pinup Popper and Pinup Player installed and updated to 1.4 or higher. System: Visual Pinball X (version 10.5+) Features: -different options to fit your setup(default setup is for 3 Screen user with Lcd DMD and Topper) in the PupPack are PUPConfigfiles..zip you can overwrite the Existing files in your PUPackroot folder to use them . PuPconfig_2 Screen_notopper_norealdmd (for 2 Screen user without real dmd and without topper.) PuPconfig_2Screens_realdmd-withoutTopper (for real dmd user without topper) PuPconfig_3Screens_MaxPack (thats default Setup Action on all Triggers inkluded Topper) Extra( big thanks to Nailbuster for this nice feature) if you have performance Problems you can use Nailbusters resize ALL Media it will convert all mp4 to 2/3 size. so 1920x1080 goes to 1280x720 for example this will relieve your system if needed - OST Music (i used the Altsound Methode to mute the rom. Music is playing from PupPack.) -different Videos for all modes on every Level matching the Gameplay -different toppervideos -different Overlays for all Multiballs -works with all cabinet configurations (DMD can be positioned in the bottom text area if required there fore use the PuPconfig_2Screens_withoutRealDMD-withoutTopper file. -over 200 PuPCapture DMD images being monitored -over 430 trigger events to get all work -included Animations for all Secret-Modes (Videomode playpoker with Rijker,Videomode Breakout, secret hurryup mode, Secret mission) -works also with the color rom for sttng REQUIREMENTS: IMPORTANT! Visual Pinball X 10.5 All in One or higher installed (this is to include newest B2S Server): https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/categories/vpx-exes/ PinMAME 3.2 beta or higher installed: PINUP SYSTEM (1.4 or higher): PinUP System 1.4 FULLY installed and PinUP Player setup. (The Pinup Popper front-end is not required for PuP-Packs, for those who use another front-end) http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=upgrade_v14&fbclid=IwAR1akUUjVX7FFPwftfM5GfKvBwf3oxFxJskg5FGS3nrPBk2uIDQtsIaexPY DMDEXT: DMDExt 1.71 (32 bit/x86 files only!) or higher installed in your VPinMAME folder and configured to enable PUPCapture! This PuP-Pack relies on monitoring the freezy dmdext DMD for specific images to trigger videos and music (PuPCapture). This needs both the freezy 1.71+ "dmddevice.dll" file, and the Pinup Player "dmddevicePUP.dll" file in your VPinMAME folder. Ensure PuPCapture is enabled in the dmddevice.ini file (in your VPinMAME folder): [pinup] enabled=true Note: If you are using a real DMD, then ensure that the freezy virtual DMD is disabled in the dmddevice.ini file: ; a DMD that renders with nice dots on a computer monitor [virtualdmd] enabled = false PINMAME: In the PinMAME settings for STTNG (press F1 during gameplay): - you must have "Use External DMD (DLL)" enabled. This will enable the freezy dmdext dmddevice.dll to be used, which is needed for PuPCapture. Your DMD must be in English for all PuPCapture video triggers to work correctly! PinUPPlayerB2SDriver and B2S SERVER SETTINGS: Be sure that your PuPB2s Driver and B2S server settings are setup and working correctly so you don't get any errors. http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=puppack_troubleshoot NO DIRECTB2S BACKGLASS RUNNING: You MUST NOT have a directb2s running at all, or it will obscure the PuP Backglass!!! Simply make sure you have a copy of your favorite Ironman table (intended only for use with this PuP-Pack), and make sure it is named VERY differently to your directb2s file, so when you launch that copy of your table it won't launch the directb2s! FRONT-END MEDIA DISABLED FOR STTNG TABLE: Make sure you have no media displayed on your Backglass and Topper when launching the table from a front-end. Pinball X: In Games Manager, make sure you have "Hide Topper" and "Hide Backglass" enabled for the table you are using. Popper: In Games Manager, for the table you are using, enter -1 In the "Keep Displays ON" field (to not use Popper media on ALL Displays when launching the table) ================================================ INSTALLATION: Ensure there are no files in your "PUPVideos" "sttng_I7" folder (if that folder already exists). Copy the PuP-Pack "sttng_l7" folder from the archive into your PUPVideos folder. This Pack comes with OST-Music so you have to use my altsound folder. Copy the content fom altsound.zip into your Vpinmame altsound folder. Overwrite or Delete your existing file or make a backup from your old altsound file. Press during Gameplay F1 And change Altsound mode to :1 . Restart the table, thats it. Enjoy highquality sound. PROBLEMS: If you have video stuttering or artifacts with PuP-Packs with VPX... you most likely don't have VSYNC properly setup in VPX. Set "FPS Limiter/VSYNC" to 1, and "Maximum Pre-Rendered Frames" to 1 in VPX Video Options. This can also be set per-table in the Table's "User Customization" options, so check that as well. Having certain programs running in the background can also cause issues as they may interfere with VLC or prevent Overlays from displaying. Try closing out other programs / processes to see if that helps resolve any issues. If the OST music "during gameplay" isn't working correctly then you probably didn't update correctly. To make it CLEAR. You MUST be updated "properly" to Pinup System 1.4 for this Pack to work "correctly"! Some videos may not be triggering, If you don´t want to use Topper use another PuPconfig file that fits your System. If you don´t want to use OST Music go to PuPPackeditor and disable screen 4 and use your existing altsoundfile or normal rom music If the sounds to loud you can go to Puppackeditor screens Section and set the volume for screen 4 in percent (default is 80%) For other issues with getting a PuP-Pack to work, refer to the wiki: http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=puppack_troubleshoot Reminder there is a thanks Button after the first Post in Support Topic (that can be used to say thank you for the Upload :) Comments are also appreciated.
