    this is a rebuild using Frens WIP version;  Each individual component was copied and pasted to a blank VPX 10.6 blank table.  I replaced what I could with primitives and did a full code rebuild.

    I future proofed the table by rebuilding all the hidden ramps (layer 2)  and setting all the walls used to build the ramps as toys.  Everything on layer 7-9 needs to be replaced  with primitives.  Only way that is going to happen is with better resources.

    table is set to run on colored rom version  1.70 you can change that by commenting out line 11 or 12

    known issues!!!!

    the cvpmSaucer  routine does not like SoundFX calls, this means no DOF call when the right kicker (sw62)  kicks the ball,  sound  when hit or bsHole.InitSnd is handled by the line on 352

    the Hulk has 2 optical switches under the table sw41 and sw42,  I'm not sure what triggers them,  I did not add them and the VP9 version does not have them either.  I'm not sure if they are only present in the LE version.

      Nice table, I get VBScript error. Can’t start Gameavs_170c

      Game name not found!

      And backglass doesn’t show

      At the top of the script where you see constant game name, delete the c at the end of the rom name and start the table. Once it’s working, close, save and you’re set. Took me 30 seconds to get it working.

       

      Edit: c at the end of the rom name means it’s a coloured rom.

      Yeah I thought credits seemed wrong too but honestly was not 100 percent sure. Im sure 32 will fix credits. Sorry

      I used the file linked by fren;  whether he imported the VP9 table into the VPX editor and started a rebuild or if he used your WIP or the other WIP floating around is something only he can answer.  I only stated my starting point.

      its not my intention to leave out anyone who worked on this table,  I only listed the people who I know did a specific item such as building a primitive or the code for that primitive.

      if its based off vp9 table it was never done by fren but by gtxjoe. just asked fren and he never had an avengers wip.

      Well, I’m stumped.

      I have the avs_170 rom.  I changed the script to match.

      I still get the Gameavs-170 not found error.  :o(

      I tested the rom in PinMame….works, as the DMD graphic came up fine.

      I’m a newbie, sorry….not sure what else to try.  Wrong version of something else?
      This is the only table that does not work.  Avatar, Tron, and others work fine.

      Any help is greatly appreciated.
