Complete overhaul/redraw/edit of this backglass. All the images I could find had pictures of back glasses in rough shape so needed a TON of work. Also the pictures were tricky because of the mirror glass, which I ended up recreating. I couldnt find any videos showing what the multi-ball animation looks like so I re-used part of Dozer316 animation scripts and changed it around to have animations. Ok, so I decided to find some alternate sources and edit/clean up to make a new image. I also added several animation snippets to give this some life, but still subtle and not over the top. Took 32assassin's backglass and added the info/graphics from the grill to the main backglass.. I have a pin2dmd and a real grill so I always hide the backglass grills. Trouble is there is often info on the grill that I miss when I do that. This edit allows me to hide the grill but still have the info. All credit goes to the original authors/artists/etc so 32assassin, wildman, chriz99 and JR if I remember correctly.   Read More

Didn't see a Chicago Bears backglass for Stern's 2001 NFL, so I made one.   Couldn't find much in the way of resources so this is built completely from scratch with a lot of images being original creations by me. Because of this you will see some small differences from the exact original.   Table uses animation snippets to make it more interesting.   Original Bears backglass does not have the NFL logo on it compared to many others which seems odd to me. I might update and add it later.       Backglass is built in Photoshop so the way it is done with layers it should be pretty easy to make other teams if there is enough interest. Xenonph is making/modding some new VPX NFL tables that look really nice.   I have also considered just releasing the PSD file in the future for others to mod. Caddyshack themed backglass for Tee'd Off.  Full ROM driven lighting.

This is a Bally Star Trek backglass featuring graphical elements referencing the classic Mirror, Mirror episode of Star Trek: The Original Series. Wildman was kind enough to grant permission to use his fantastic early production Star Trek dB2S as a template. Lighting and snippets are largely sourced from this work. Another TWD backglass The original backglass packaged with Dozer's brilliant LE table is a Pro backglass. This backglass swaps out the Pro backglass and grill with the hi-rez LE versions in Wildman's backglass at VPU. Thanks to Wildman for permission to use his resources. I only did some image scaling, and cutting and pasting of the grill to fit. Illumination frames rescaled to fit the larger Wildman images. All lighting and ties to game code behavior is Dozer's. Thanks to Dozer for his fine table recreation and granting permission to upload. All sources are trademarks/copyrights of their respective owners. ***Special thanks to Kees for the original table and Loserman for the B2S mod and backglass!*** I was very lucky to be able to work with Hauntfreaks for this Smart Set makeover.  This is my first contribution to a VPX (VP in general) table.  This was also my first attempt at a redraw for anything at all (so go easy on me).   :-) Hauntfreaks makes anything he touches look better and he did most of the work... lol. I have included, for your convenience, an improved backglass, wheel logo, basic instruction card, and backglass still image with this package. My tables are all set to portrait orientation.  If you are like most normal people and want to change this to 270 orientation, I have included a POV backup file for your convenience.  Simply go to the file > import > backdrop pov in the editor and import the Smart Set 270.xml file.  The settings will be automatically applied for you.  Fine tuning can be done in the "camera-lights mode" under the table menu in the editor. A note on the "down and up post" position for anyone who played the original table.  We found that screenshots existed with these posts in reversed positions.  Based on the information in IPDB we found that most production models, except for some late production, matched the orientation we are using in this table, and that this is supported by the game manual, according to IPDB, so this is why we chose to do this.  It makes more sense as the "up post" is the more difficult shot and the "down post" is a hazard near the kickers. For my part, additional mods are allowed without approval and encouraged.  However, Kees and Loserman have requested that you seek approval before modding, so please check with them. Please enjoy this table.  We will try to address any issues that arise through updates. This is a light fix-up of randr's Humpty Dumpty backglass image. Just subtle changes, mostly reducing the glare in the logo with some reconstruction, light contrast adjustment and spot touch-ups. I just wanted to lightly clean it up without taking away the aged, vintage look.  I have literally done 1/100th or less of the work than the original backglass by randr, so of course all credit goes to him.  I'm uploading this version at his request.     Read More
