I use windows 10 with no problems. I have auto updates disabled just in case. If I was to start a new setup I’d probably stick with windows 10 and give the baller installer a try.

Are you using pinvol? The latest release supports ssf. You can up the gain on the front and rear exciters. That’s what I’m currently doing. Going through tables and adjusting the gain to my liking.

I also reccomend updating vpx to 10.6.2 that was just released as it has improved ssf.

On a side note thanks for all the tables you have shared with the community.

Thanks a lot for the work you put into this. Much appreciated from a guy who runs just ssf. Got 10.6.2 installed and running through some of my tables now and all seems to be working nicely.

Most tables that come with pup packs require them to run. I don’t run pup on anything that’s not an original but it’s worth setting up to play some of them. Scottywic’s original tables are amazing.

I play this table quite often so I am very happy to see a release with skitso in the title. Bord with physics contribution will make it even better. Cant wait till I get home tommorow to try it out. Thank you for sharing.

Cloning the hard drive should work fine as long as it’s going back into the same pc. I know people do run into issues sometimes when trying to put a cloned drive into a different pc. I bought a new drive to clone mine but haven’t done it yet. Hopefully I don’t procrastinate to long and end up with problems.

I highly recommend using a ssd if not doing so already as it will last longer and give better performance. I switched to one early on when building my vpin as my original drive started to die. Luckily I was able to pull most of the data off it before it did.

If 4k is in the budget then go 4k. Tables look good in 1080 but they look amazing in 4k. Starting off 4k means you won’t have to make changes in the future. Just make sure your graphics card can handle 4k.

Being that Aerosmith would probably be considered a “small” table you could probably post that right now.

I honestly don’t pay much attention to the front page. I go straight to the all downloads and browse that almost daily to see if I missed anything.

Even so anyone that puts countless hours into creating something deserves their time in the spotlight.
