Hey I just had this same issue. You can load up PinUpPackEditor.exe in your PinUpSystem folder, load the pup-pack t2_l8. Then on the Backglass screen change the “mode” to Forceback. This was Pup pack editor (screen 2 of 10) for me.

This also solves the issue of not having the ROM sound playing.

With all the new versions of the Nascar table just released (mostly mods) I am a bit confused to which table to get.
I would prefer to play the one closest to the original Stern. Should I go for this one?

However, it seems to break something in the Pup-pack.

IMPORTANT TUTORIAL!:
There is a bug that makes the DMD crash when getting the Extra ball after defeating the Kraken. It is an unavoidable crash of the table (no matter which Freezy DMD is being used)
The solution is to run the COLOR DMD version of the ROm provided.
No crashes any more AND the DMD looks far far better! Win-Win!
