Thank you Xagesz, this helps for sure. Only pics I have been able to find are odd angles, so thank you!

In visual pinball, go to preferences<keys, nudge and DOF.  Check add credit 1&2 under button assignments and also check coin 3 and coin 4 under pinmame buttons. If that doesn’t solve it, possibly delete nvram and if all else fails, try re-downloading the rom.

Do you happen to have the switch assigned to 6 instead of 5? On my cab I have one at 5 and one at 6. 6 always adds multiple.

Updated the download, can you see if the ball still gets stuck? Should be good to go now.

well shit… I won’t be able to fix until later this evening, but temporarily you can either move the rubber a bit or scale it down so the ball fits through. I’ll do a proper fix asap.

Thanks Stefan, unfortunately another rookie mistake when I added some primitives, I left them as collidable. I corrected and is now available, I left as v1.8 and sorry for the issue!

can you try using this rom?

You may want to check that your rom volume is turned up. Older versions of pinmame had a lot of static, but that has been fixed. If you hit 7 key, you should get the rom menu. 8 & 9 are right and left and 7 selects the option you highlight. Also try +/- to make sure volume is up. Another note, rom v5.00 has a lot of settings set to easy (the one I have did)  I have seen. You can adjust these as well.

**On a side note, there is a hidden wall behind the diverter that keeps the ball from going in if the diverter opens. I corrected it in the latest version (i know, ANOTHER VERSION????) but hopefully that is it…

Thanks HauntFreaks, you definitely know how to get it just right on the angles! I’m about to upload yet another version with more fixes, especially the blindingly bright ugly ass flashers and the eye… I should have just taken it back to WIP or deleted it since JP’s table is flawless. But damn it, I have to at least get this thing playable even though it’s a turd conversion.

If you downloaded v1.4 or v1.6 balrog, please re-download. I f’d up the bumpers and slingshot on the two I sent up the first time. Corrected now. Also fixed the ball slow down at the diverter.  sorry folks

Yeah, been a while. Work and kids slowed me down, but I spent a lot of free time recently getting my cab complete. Finally have it all done and working smooth. Some amazing new tables and developments!

HauntFreaks, do you possibly have a new link to the last update? I did a major overhaul on my cab, finally finished it all, and managed to copy over the good version with my shitty attempt at the FP conversion…

Didn’t even see this, thank you for taking on this one! I’m definitely not very accomplished at table building, but if I can help with anything, let me know. I haven’t had a chance to mess with this in 6 months or so and am ready to dive back in!

Been awhile since I have had any time to mess with this (6 months or more), but I appreciate you allowing me to use your models Dark! I’ll see if I can start working on this a bit today.

You can grab models I made from the VP9 version of the table, I made the Homer Head, 3D mesh ramps and a bunch of parts like ramp switches/gates, plastic flasher holders, new 3D couch etc. We used some of the FP models on the table as well, respectfully it’s my opinion that my homer head looks more true to the real thing than the FP version. So I think between the FP version and this, you should have just about everything you need to make a solid table.

Randr, not trying to pry, but what do you do for a living? When I first got out of college, I was an adjuster for usaa insurance (auto obviously). We used R&I but it was remove and install. Mainly for labor cost (R&I a bumper, headlight, etc for repairs or replace). Figured you were a car guy from mopar on your vp table vids…
