Nice mod. Just a suggestion for a fix, search the Light57 (X Wing), select it and change the Time Interval from 100 to 18.
Bye, I probably will never post on this forum (or in others) again.

Maybe a detail, but I didn’t liked something beside not asking for permisson, I have seen a screenshoot of the table and the author of this unauthorized mod put a visible “table by Andy Warner” on the playfield, nothing about the original author. Nice concept doing a Bowie theme, but big ego for only a few modified images.

Thanks for this cool table, very fun, and it catches a lot the essence of the original game, I already played it on PC and Nintendo Switch, it have super nice artistic direction and hand drawn graphics, with very well done animations, but hard as hell past the first world, I leaved it cause too much frustration. As I posted before, I’m a bit worried about the use of this commercial licenses to do an original pinball, maybe I’m influenced cause the tag of the title says: “don’t deal with the devil” and Microsoft funded the game (developer/publisher -> Studio MDHR), but in any case very happy to see it released

Thanks @Bord, it meets all the super high standards of your last releases and beyond, super fun to play with playfield physics, awesome rendered visuals with special attention to transparencies, GI On/Off render swaps, rendered shadows, and a lot of details, but that shuttle… WOW! Looks astonishing.

Thanks a lot guys, I was very curious to try the banana flippers, never played the real ones, but watched some videos and for me they are pretty accurate, some unexpected bounces and little weird things (probably like the normal flippers), but entertaining and at least for me, they are a big YES if I have to choose if I prefer these over the normal flippers to match the recreation of this table, congrats. Awesome render and the rest of the physics are so nice too, I’m very happy to see that u have retaken the project.

For some reason I never downloaded the old builds, but this one is fantastic. Thanks.

Last thing you said was several people were working on this table. If any of them want it fine with me. I’m done I’ve got my hands in too many other fires.
For anyone that wants to complete it I don’t think it needs a complete rebuild. Ball rolling sounds needed fixing and maybe some parameters tweaked. Flippers will probably need to stay standard since its too hard to get decent banana flippers working. Bord has already created a shadow layer. I wasn’t 100% happy with the way some of the metal parts shined but I lost patience trying to figure out the new quirks with using VPX. Here’s the link to the table:

No tanks, cause if I touch something probably u will say “it was already perfect, don’t know why u want to change it”.
I don’t know the history behind this one, but is what I can deduce from the comments described here. I feel sorry for the “poured” work and time spent.
And by the way, the screenshoot looks awesome, and I was very happy to be able to try that banana flippers and now I’m a little disappointed.

Some fishy here.
I don’t recognize this coral theme but I can say it’s not fish tales cause I did a redraw of almost all of the playfield.

Now i re-readed my post and probably it sounded harsh, sorry, (cause I never studied english and i don’t express it well), I wasn’t refering at you or your monitor @bord, but I suppose that users that downloades the file played the table at least one time, and i was surprised, cause I tried the table update today and instantly saw something strange inside the kick hole. Thanks for your answer, I will try to do the invisible kicker over the working one.

Hey @bord, the 1.1a upload have another mistake, the hole kicker radius size is set to 4 instead of 34, a “little” too small hehe. Nobody else see this things? And I play on a 1080P monitor…

Thanks for this table, a lot of detail put on it. I found the easter egg on the first play by accident pushing the right magnasave button. I’m still trying to catch the 1200 score, but I’m getting close.

You need to go back and read all the postings in this topic the answer you Looking for is already here…
The Gottlieb roms were taken down from vpuniverse and vpforums by request time ago, the link u shared at the first page have no results.
I don’t remember the page name but I found the room using google, wasn’t a pinball related page, and no need to register.
Edit:
I think it was this one -> https://wowroms.com/en/roms/mame/deadly-weapon/80499.html

Thanks for the update Bord. I like a lot this table and the physics of the saucer now is super nice.
There’s at least one problem with the sound, check the line 1010 please:
PlaySoundAt “LaneSwitch”, ActiveBall
But some of the other sounds are repeated too much I think, and the bell jams sometimes.
