Mine will stay the same if I go back and test the rom again .. it should stay on 1
This is the updated vpinmame.dll that I have installed on mine ..not sure why it won’t save on yours though
http://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/visual-pinmame-2-7-standalone-dll-pindmd3-2-7/#changelog
I am guessing that the dll is not the problem since you have the option for Sound Mode but not sure what else to try
Sorry I can’t help more

This is the PinSound site I got the files from :)
http://pinsound-community.org/forum/
Just unzip the sounds file and keep the folder structure ..then you create a folder under Pinmame called altsound and in that folder you will create another folder the name of the rom of the table you are using the sounds for. So for TFTC you would create a folder called tftc_303, and finally inside that folder is where you put the contents of the downloaded music files.
When all the files are in place you need to go to your Pinmame folder and click Test ..look for the rom you just made a folder for (tftc_303) then just highlight the rom name and click Game Options .. inside the option screen make sure the Sound Mode is set to 1 and it will use the alternate sounds .. just change to 0 to use the default sounds. Hope this helps.
Here is a playlist of Pinsound previews on Youtube

This table and conversion is pretty awesome I think, and its even more awesome with julien42’a updated metal sound pak. Pinsound is definitely worth a try. Thanks again Fren, really enjoying this table :)
Here is the youtube video of TFTC with the updated sounds

Hahaha, bloody hell Fulltilt , you don’t muck around like this noob (me), that things a BEaST.
Thanks for sharing your rig setup with us, glad you have the toys you enjoy and it gives you pleasure & enjoyment to spend time on your hobbies. If we only get one chance to enjoy ourselves this is the way to go. Well done mate.
BTW: i have one thing you have THE SPEAKERS hahahahaha
Cheers
Happy to share and enjoy being here :D
It really did take some time to put it all together but I think it was well worth it. Would really love to be able to build a MAME cab to add to this setup .. but I also have been thinking I need a real pin too :DNice randr, now that’s one busy shop ..but I see them back there !

October 13, 2015 at 8:52 am in reply to: Need this Machine for my collection, DEAL or NO DEAL ? #1836That’s badass. Now you know you need a second one, right? Another member, Fulltilt, has a pretty amazing racing simulator setup. Not an arcade cabinet but the full racing seat, pedals, force feedback wheel, etc. I’ve always wanted a racing cabinet or simulator setup but the funds required to do so remain elusive….. would be awesome to have a pair though!
Thanks Fren :D
Here is my Racing Rig, and a pic of the pc I use for itSorry the coin dropper didn’t work out but atleast no money lost, and still ended pretty great with a Konami-3D-Road-Fighter ..Congrats on that :D Having a Daytona would be cool ..but my favorite was Monoco GP.

Nice idea,
Since I currently am looking at giving away two GTX480’s to people to help get started with there setup, was wondering if these could be included in your point system as one of the giveaways? I would be happy to do that as the winners of the cards would be active contributors to this community. Then, if others decide to “Recycle” some of their older PC parts to help others you can have several giveaways? My original giveaway post is here
