Yeah, been a while. Work and kids slowed me down, but I spent a lot of free time recently getting my cab complete. Finally have it all done and working smooth. Some amazing new tables and developments!

I guess the user PATH variable is not correctly set:

go to Start–>right click on My computer, click on properties,  then on Advanced System Settings , the system properties window will show.

From there go to the Advanced Tab and click on environment variables…

I’ve released an updated installer that fixes this issue. The installations steps are the same (uninstall, step1,step2,step3,installCCC)

Ups, sorry, I made a mistake about the games folder in the uninstall.bat. Anyway you’ll find them in c:p-rocgames

Move everything to c: again , just leave the cactuscanyon folder, so you have a c:p-rocgamescactuscanyon

The sephir guy was not INSTANTLY banned, think twice before attacking people.

Where did you download vpinmame? If you don’t see ac/dc in the romlist, probably you don’t have the SAM build of vpinmame:
