Fire! (Williams 1987) VPX
I'm very excited to present the Fire! 2.0. This is a significant update to the VPX mod of UncleWilly and Randr's awesome Fire! table! VPX 10.4 or better required, 10.5 beta recommended. Thanks to: Wrd1972 and Bord: Both of them have relentlessly worked to make 2.0 an amazing update! My hat is off to them. They went way above and beyond on this project and can't thank them enough. UncleWilly and Randr for their amazing VP9 original, and Randr for guidance on that left lock behavior. 32Assassin for his VPX rebuild of the script and table. HauntFreaks for color-correcting sling areas so they light up properly. RustyCardores for PMD™ input. VPX team for the wonderful engine. NFozzy/Ninuzzu for fast flipper and ball shadow routines Flupper for primitive flippers Read More -
Pink Panther (Gottlieb 1981)
Pink Panther (Gottlieb 1981) This was the third table I ever built. It sat mostly finished on mothballs for more than a year until Hauntfreaks offered to do his thing on materials and lighting. That lit the fire to get it done. So here it is (finally), a System 80 widebody featuring the Pink Panther and some nefarious blonde jewel thief. Completing each bank of drop targets lights a ball lock. Two locked balls begins multiball, which starts an alternate scoring mode where you collect jewels. These jewels are scored separately on the backglass. Hauntfreaks also created a brand new B2S for the table, included in the .zip file. Thanks: @hauntfreaks for the materials, lighting, color correction and new backglass @luvthatapex for the VP9 script @arngrim for the DOF audit Requires the latest VPX 10.4 beta. *2.0 requires 10.6 or later Read More -

OXO (Williams 1973)
OXO 2.0 (Williams 1973) OXO is a Williams tic-tac-toe table that has fun game play and excellent shots coupled with awesome Christian Marche artwork. The basic premise is to achieve a tic-tac-toe with either X's or O's and then land the ball in either saucer for a 5000 point bonus and an extra ball. Lighting all of the tic-tac-toe squares will enable a replay special with either the left or right middle roll overs. Read More -
Cyclone (Williams 1988)
Cyclone (Williams 1988) for VPX 10.4 beta + Started with Melons very nice VP9 table. Still has some images, sounds and script bits from that table, but not much is left. I did my best to make the ramps! But... they weren't great. So as you can probably tell by the screenshots, I hooked up with @Flupper and he just did them all over again, but great this time, plus some shadow work! Also included is @Wildman B2S file, but it has been modified to work with this particular table (thanks to @Westworld at VPU for info on how to do that). And for you crook-necked cab users, there is a POV file from @Hauntfreaks that you can import for landscape rotation. Only a lastly, there is one small bug in the table that isn't that important. Occasionally on the Ferris wheel the ball may 'miss' getting picked up in the correct spot, but it will get picked up in the next 'seat'. Read More -

NASCAR (Stern 2005) - Surround Sound Mod
Surround Sound Mod for VPX 10.4 To realise the directional sound effects VPX 10.4 and a surround sound equipped cab is required. Standard cabs should play with enhanced left/right sound separation for many table objects. To realise the benefits of both directional sound AND an “enhanced” level of tactile feedback, a cab equipped tactile audio exciters is recommended. Many thanks to requlem for permission to release this mod. This table is based on requlem’s v1.0 released 10 April 2017 – Thanks to all other authors involved. Thanks to Haunfreaks for some image modifications and ball/flipper shadows and a HUGE THANKS to DJRobX and the rest of the VPX Dev Team for the excellent VPX surround sound code that has made this possible. *For further information regarding the installation of surround sound and/or the tactile exciters as used in my cab, please see https://www.facebook.com/groups/PoorMansDOF/ Read More -
Amazing Spider-Man (Gottlieb 1980) Sound MOD v1.1
A graphics and sound Mod of gtxjoes VPX table. I want to thank gtxjoe for allowing mods without permission.(Big thanks Sir!!) I also want to thank him for making an incredible table!! Check the original table for more info. I'm sure alot of time and effort went into making this table, and it is deeply appreciated, so all credit should be directed gtxjoe's way. Original Table.. http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=12261# I also would like to thank Allknowing2012 and Gtxjoe for teaching me how to add timers to script. I also would like to thank Steve "Slydog43" for which these VPX mods would not be possible!! Version 1.1 Added timers to sound effects. Added different sound effects and deleted some old bad ones. (Went from over 40 to over 70 sound effects.) A couple of background music sound effects were very hard to find. I wanted to add 16 different background music sound effects, but as it is with about 4, the size is 150MB!! And alot of them didnt seem to fit the table atmosphere. The very last episode of this cartoon series was "Revolt from the 5th Dimension". It has some spacey music and trippy visuals. The actual name of the background music played in that episode was "LSD"!! (It didn't fit table atmosphere!!) When I originally started this mod, I wanted to make a sound effects mod. Then I noticed a few nicks and chips in paint, and signs of wear on the playfield. (I know others like to have the chips and faded playfield. More realistic they say. You can download the original table if you don't like the cleaned up playfield.) So I decided to try and get rid of all that and to try and brighten some of the existing colors. 4 days later I had completed my touch up of playfield. Then noticed the BG for the DT version in VPX. It also had chips of paint missing. So I decided to clean up the BG too. You probably won't notice much change, unless you have both playfield pics new and old, side by side. Then you will see I actually put alot of time and effort into this. I also changed color of the faded green lights to blue like the IPDB pics. Only thing besides the playfield touch-up I did, was made the radius of red skirting below bumpers smaller, like the pics on IPDB, and reshaped the upper plastic wall so it would fit under the upper plastic and increased the bottom and top height so you can't see the through it while in DT mode. On the Fantasy version I added new bumper images and 13 new BG images to choose from. I added over 40 sound effects all from the 1967 cartoon series of Spider-Man, triggered by quarter, plunger pull, upper 3 kickers, all rollovers, spinner, and drain. Made a Fantasy dB2S Backglass day and night mod and regular Black and Blue border day mods. dB2S Backglasses here... http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=12548 All pics, trademarks, Logos and sounds belong to their respectful owners. Gottlieb EM template
This is a template table I use mainly for parts to copy and paste, but also for script to copy and paste into new EM table builds. I thought it might be useful for someone if they wanted to start building tables. This is geared for Gottlieb tables with Gottlieb flippers, bumper caps, kicker hole and sounds. It has example parts and script for many common things like targets, drop targets, kicker hole, bumpers, animated rubbers, etc. Primitives from Dark, zany, sliderpoint, hauntfreaks and others. Also contains my option menu setup (thanks gnance and loserman76 for the idea) with changeable instruction and replay cards based on the options menu settings. Contains rothbauerw's ball control script and ninuzzu's ball shadow script. High score sticky note scripting borrowed from mfuegemann's Fast Draw table, with my own images. Setup with latest 10.4 beta surround sound scripting (not perfect, but it's in there). Has a stripped version of my Royal Flush backglass that works with it. This is certainly not the only way to do any of this, and there are probably better ways to do a lot of it, but it is a start :) I will try to keep things up to date as vp gets updated, but no promises. Note also this is a 42" table template for later Gottlieb EM's and could also be used for a system 1 base (same size) but the scripting would be totally different and probably easier to start with an existing system 1. This could fairly easily be made into a earlier 41" Gottlieb table by resizing in Dimensions and Slope and moving the lower 1/3 up. Read More
