The Who's Tommy Pinball Wizard (Data East 1994)
Well this is my first table. I builded it from scratch during the beta phase of VPX this summer. I upgraded it and now it's time for an official release. There are some options and mods that you can enable/disable in the script ( TNT mod and Union Jack Mod included) Credits/Thanks (in no particular order): -Franzleo for the ramps and the airplane models -Freneticamnesic for the help with the mirror animation -Dark and Zany for some primitive templates I used and edited -Javier1515,JPSalas,GTXJoe and Shoopity for some code and sounds effects I borrowed from their tables -Arngrim for the DOF support -JimmyFingers for the infinite amount of time he spent while mapping the solenoids and other things. -VPDev Team for the new freaking amazing VPX Hope you like it and enjoy! Hi-Score Pool (Chicago Coin 1971)
Original description, see changelog for changes Prompted by a post from drothste12 on vpforums, a whole gang of VPers jumped in to get this table done. STAT started it off with the initial build and coding of the gameplay and rules and figured out how to do a rotating ball shooter turret with great advice from the forum. PinballShawn owns the real table and very helpfully provided measurements, gameplay rules, and videos of how it all works, table probably would not be done without all his info. I jumped in when STAT got to busy to finish it up and I resized the table and all it's parts and objects to correct size, and finished up the coding with added features. Hauntfreaks took all my and STATs initial images and made them all much nicer (he has a way with things like that). Basic idea of the gameplay is hit the balls to clear the rack. A great part of the fun is you can't actually see the ball most of the time it's in play. The right flipper or the plunger button shoots the ball (real table has no plunger so just right flipper) as the turret rotates. Clearing the rack adds the listed bonus and give you another ball (well really the same one, but continues to play). PinballShawn says the game is much better with 2 players as you can steal racks the other player doesn't complete. There are a couple of gameplay options available by holding down the left flipper before starting a game (thanks to loserman76 and gnance for the idea). directb2s file is included in the download. Double-Up (Bally 1970)
Bally's 1970 Double-Up, supposedly only 55 of these were produced. I got turned onto this table by a restoration going on at Pinside by Pecos (who also goes by Alan). I ended up deciding to take on my first playfield redraw in Illustrator with much help and advice from such characters as krugge99, hauntfreaks, bodydump, mfuegemann, and wrd1972 who was going through his first redraw as well and who's thread I hijacked Thanks All! Pecos has been very helpful with additional photos, sound bites, and even a very nice written and video run through of the complete ruleset, I wish I had that much info for all my table builds. Be sure to check out his thread linked above (tells you how to play). He also provided some great feedback from a short gameplay video I provided him. Hauntfreaks went above and beyond getting the backglass image from a low res dark image into something usable, getting the plastics cleaned up as well, and making me some nice primitives for these old school ball gate brackets. big thanks. Enjoy, it's a fun but merciless table. Still things to tweak (always) and feedback is very welcome. directb2s file is included hold down left flipper to access the options menu (thanks for the idea loserman76 and gnance) FS settings in the table are for my cab which has the playfield in portrait mode, most of you will need to adjust the Backdrop settings. Gemini (Gottlieb 1978)
This is probably my favorite table I have built, I just love the look and while it can be a drain monster when you get a good ball it is a lot of fun. This started as some very dirty blank playfield images I found online. I decided to run with that theme and went for a dark, dirty, faded, rusty look for the whole thing with much help from hauntfreaks and sliderpoint on dirtying and cleaning up the graphics (sounds odd, but that's my story). Hold down left flipper key for options menu before starting game. directb2s included DOF by arngrim DOF factory backglass photo by scottamus on Flickr (he has a nice collection of very good shots out there) FS settings in the table are for my cab which has the playfield in portrait mode, POV files included for landscape and portrait. This was the first pinball I ever purchased over 20 years ago as a thank you gift to my brother. It provided our family with many years of entertainment until he sold it recently. I took on this project to build a faithful recreation of the actual look, feel, and game play of that table. I hope if provides as much enjoyment for you as it did for us. Read More -

Spanish Eyes (Williams 1972)VP10.2
Spanish Eyes a Williams EM table from 1972. Spent a couple or five dollars playing this table in the City Museum in St. Louis a few weeks back. I loved the layout with the bumper between the flippers. So here is a ground up VPX build. Can thank these below enough!! Without them this table would not be possible at all. Popotte - Artwork from the FP version. Eala Dubh Sidhe - Original script from 2001 vp table. Borgdog - Modification of the original script to work with VPX, Db2s backglass, and testing. Hauntfreaks - Graphics mods, sounds, materials, and table testing. Thank you all again. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. If you notice any issues let me know. Here are the rules of play. -5 ball play -Light all lanes A-E for extra ball. -Light all targets 1-6 to light special loop, hit loop for extra ball and out lanes for 5000 pts. -Hole hit is 1000 pts for every target lit or 500 pts with none. -Top rollover lights all bumpers for 100 pts per hit.
