Austin Powers (Stern 2001) VPin Workshop Mod
Austin Powers Table Tune-Up by members of VPin Workshop Discord. This was going to be just a fast rework for this fine table, but we ended up doing way more. Includes Desktop, Cab and VR versions in one VPX file as well as two POV files. nFozzy Physics: Benji, iaakki, Rothbauerw, Javier PF rework, graphics: iaakki, EBisLit, Tomate, Brad1x Inserts and lights: iaakki VR work & Various Fixes: Sixtoe Ramp plastics: Benji Fleep's Sound package integration: Benji 3D model changes: Benji, Tomate, Sixtoe Various script changes by iaakki, Javier Testing: people of VPin Workshop Discord, Rik Laubach We also included a new flipper trick with Rothbauerw to physics. It is called FlipNudge. One can use it for slowing the ball on the bat by spamming the other bat. Deadflip calls this "Fanning", but it was a lame name. This release wouldn't have been possible without the legacy of those who came before us including, most notably, Javier, 32Assassin, DStruct, Francisco666, Rom, ClarkKent and Ninuzzu Thank you to Flupper for 3D insert techniques and Flasher domes. Thank you to Fleep for the sound package. Thank you to Rothbauerw and NFozzy for physics. Thank you to Wrd1972 for bouncy standup targets. Read More -

Pizza Time
Rules https://app.archbee.io/public/EVmEMIFxucwdyLqeP3P4a Thanks My lovely wife AtGames daphishbowl Rik Rob Avery Mr H Frank Heming PizzaTime DJRobX Nailbuster Harlan didcrabtree vpx team It's time to bring Pizza back to Pinball. Growing up the only places that had pinball were pizza joints and bowling alleys. I wasn't often at the bowling alleys (as you could still smoke in them at that point) so i played tons of pinball at pizza parlours. It always struck me as odd that there weren't any pinball tables about pizza when so many tables resided in pizza places. Plus pizza is awesome. The idea really started to grab me when I heard the local (Denver) band Pizza Time play their song "Pizza Time". First they are awesome, second it was the perfect link. A vision of a crusty pizza joint, pizza party took shape and I knew this table had to be made. Pinball Inspiration It's always important to me to build upon all that is great in pinball. It needs to be equal doses of innovation and homage as the rich history of pinball tables is something I find very worth building upon. In this cases the biggest inspiration was definitely Diner. PizzaTime coming to you with generous sponsorship from AtGames! Hey guys ScottyWic here, I wanted to take a minute to explain some really cool developments between myself (and my team) and AtGames. Earlier this year I was contacted by AtGames about their interest in supporting my efforts. I get a good number of requests to make tables for money and I've generally grown grouchy about these requests because this is my hobby and not a job. I make my tables because I love making things for people to play and love, that's the goal. So to be honest I wasn't even going to respond, but they piqued my interest saying "we want to help you get more tables out". And well as you guys know I am not able to make many tables, as they take an unbelievable amount of hours (many times 500+). We got to talking and it was evident right from the start that this was a different conversation. AtGames wanted to financially support bringing on others to help me finish my games AND allow me to still give them away to the VPX community. Wait, what? Yeah you heard me right. At this point I said, ok, now we're getting somewhere. What if I could release multiple games a year out to you guys, and not have it leaving me totally burnt out every time. This I was interested in. So we decided to give it a run and work to finish off my PizzaTime table which had been itching to be completed for years. It was at the point where I needed MANY hours to code out the rules completely and I was dreading it. Daphishbowl came alongside me with AtGames funding to code through the rules. As you all know, he is brilliant, and it went amazingly well. We now come to the community with the sponsored table, PizzaTime. A strange and silly table that comes out exactly as my vision had been (as strange as that vision might be). And I hope you love it like I do. On Community Negativity There has been a general negativity in the VPX community when it comes to anything involving money, and I definitely understand these feelings. What I hope to illustrate with this partnership is that there are really great individuals out there looking to help lift this community up for the good of everyone. I believe the digital pinball market is about to see a huge boom, and this is exciting for me as my tables will be played by more and more people everyday. I still hold that my dream is just to walk in and see kids hammering away on a game I made and I feel that's getting closer and closer to reality every day. But I hit the same road block, I can't spend 500 hours on a table by myself and make very many, I need help, and not like "I'll help a bit on the weekend" help, I need 40 hrs a week help. So I ask that you guys take some time to play PizzaTime and know that this table would most likely never have come out without the help from AtGames. They are truly great people that are trying their best to be as delicate and understanding to this community's feelings about financial investments as possible. And with this help I hope to be able to finish more tables with even greater quality than before and less strain on my personal and family life. Thanks for taking the time to read this and for hopeful openness to this new exciting partnership opportunity for me and honestly for us all. Read More -
FSS MOD Total Nuclear Annihilation (Spooky 2017)
This is the 100th conversion to the FSS format by Morttis. The original table was made by GTXJoe and PinballFan2018, fantastic work, thank you. I chose this table to be my hundredth FSS conversion because I like it so much and your work was already great, so I wanted to make it even better, I hope I got it. This modification was made on version 1.4 of the table, I explain: The FSS format does not support UltraDMD and PulpSystem, so version 1.5 would not be compatible with the FSS format. In order to avoid conflicts during execution, I thought it best to use version 1.4, updating the entire graphic part inserted in version 1.5 of the table, and still has many other graphic upgrades like all version when running the table, including new plastics made by Eric (EBisLit) and trained by the author of the table (GTXJoe), thanks for that, the plastics were great. So this version is 1.4+ (plus). Everything that has been modified: * Restructuring of all sides of the table, for its elevation and make it look more like the real table; * insertion of insidearts and backpain art in the playfield; * insertion of BB and BG; * new rubbers (translucent); * BG art extracted from B2S by GTXJoe (thank you, it looks great); * insertion of RGB lighting in the speakers (it was not perfect as I would like, I was not able to make the programming work fulltime since the table is turned on, it only works while the ball is in play); * insertion of several decals in the playfield (bumper, flippers, cannons and targets); * insertion of all FSS code (by Arconovum, thanks man) for conversion to the FSS format itself; * insertion of the 4 numeric displays in the BG (thank you very much Nick for your work dedicated to this project, the result was great); * update of all table physics, based on JPSalas kit (Arcade Physics 3.0, thanks for this job man); And thanks Terry Red for the work you did on version 1.5, despite not using your version for this conversion, your work was fantastic, and I would really like to be able to use PulpPack on FSS tables, I hope this will be possible soon. Hope you like it. And thank you very much to all the VPX and table developers, without you the fun wouldn't be possible. TABLE MUSIC (Reproduction of the guidelines given by Terry Red, in the post of the original table): This VPX table release comes with the free song from the TNA soundtrack available here: http://www.scottdanesi.com/?page_id=19 - for the full music experience, you will need to BUY the TNA Album and convert the songs from FLAC format to mp3 format with a tool like this:Â https://www.freac.org/ - rename all mp3 files to TNA1.mp3 through TNA10.mp3 and replace the existing mp3 files. (Scarlet.mp3 is not used) - please show Scott Danesi your support and thanks for creating an awesome pinball game and for making the music available for us to buy. Well, this is a great new title that could not be missing in the FSS format. Enjoy it. Read More -
FSS MOD Grand Lizard (Williams 1986)
This is a conversion to FSS format made by me. The original table is from 3rdaxis, thank you very much for this title made by you. Well, as usual, all the work was done through the tutorial videos of Nick Christopher (Arconovum), and everyone already knows how much I appreciate the support he has been giving me all this time (Thank so much Nick). The Art and general lighting of the BG was based on the B2S by STAT (thanks, for this job). What's new in the FSS version? ... Well, here we go: - Insertion of BB and BG, with lighting based on the original machine (thanks to the fantastic work of STAT on B2S, thank you); - insertion of the Day & Night code and other table lighting effects, giving a better visual effect and realism; -updated physics based in Arcade Physics 3.0 by JPSalas (thanks, fantastic job man). - and I think that's it. And thank you very much to all the VPX and table developers, without you the fun wouldn't be possible. Well, this is a great new title that could not be missing in the FSS format. Enjoy it. Grand Prix (Williams 1976) EM
Grand Prix (Williams 1976) EM A few months back, forum member aka "Shark's Mouth" found a real Grand Prix in the back of the building he was working at. He managed to take about 150 hi-resolution photos of the entire playfield, plastics and backglass (I mean just about every inch) - and he posted those photos on this site, hoping someday someone could use them to make a clean new VPX table from them. I stitched them all together and embarked on a complete redraw of the playfield, plastics and backglass - that took a couple weeks on and off. Loserman76 (being the EM guru that he is) built a brand new table using the new playfield as a guide - that looked and played great. Because the playfield and plastics were a new redraw - no matter what lighting approach I took within VPX - the lighting always looked FLAT and not realistic. Enter Bord ... Bord imported everything into Blender and "enhanced" all the lighting and rendered out a beautiful and ultra realistic output. I am a big fan of 60s and 70s EM tables and I wanted to do it justice since we started with such great resources. This final version is a example of great collaboration between all involved. Included with this download is the new VPX version of Grand Prix, new Backglass, and new wheel image. Also included is an mp3 file named: Grand Prix (Williams 1976) EM - F1 Race Ambience.mp3. This is a subtle sound effect track that you can load into your front end system (PinballX) that will play before the table is loaded. At the top of the table script you can choose if you want the ball / flipper shadows ON or OFF. I suggest you turn them OFF if you a using a slower system. Also built into the table is the JP Salas LUT selector. Hold down the LEFT MAGNASAVE and then press the RIGHT MAGNASAVE to cycle through the 9 different LUT brightnesses. Hold down LEFT FLIPPER for 3 - 4 seconds BEFORE starting a game to access the build in Game Menu to change the game options. - Enjoy! FSS MOD Tales from the Crypt (Data East 1993)
This is a FSS conversion of the modification made by Bigus1. The original table was made by freneticamnesic and 32assassin. Great job done by both, thank you very much. Well, the conversion to FSS format was done by me (Morttis). Well, as usual, all the work was done through the tutorial videos of Nick Christopher (Arconovum), and everyone already knows how much I appreciate the support he has been giving me all this time (Thank so much Nick). And thank you very much to all the VPX and table developers, without you the fun wouldn't be possible. This FSS conversion was made based on a previous conversion made by Nick (Arconovum). As the previous FSS table used an outdated version, a new version was made with the latest version revised by Bigus1 (thanks for your work). Well, several parts of the FSS table have been transported for this version. Anyway, I did some revisions too, small graphic details, and the main one, I inserted the physics of JPSalas (Arcade Physics 3.0). Hope you like it. Well, this is a great new title that could not be missing in the FSS format. Enjoy it. Read More
