VR ROOM - Medieval Madness Skitso mod - 1.1 *Updated*
This another awesome pinball table. Skitso, rothbauerw and bord did an outstanding job with this mod of the orginal table which was Tom Tower’s and Ninuzzu’s Medieval Madness Reloaded. In my opinion, in VR it's even better to play and it looks really great! Below are the release notes from Skitso's upload. ******************************************************************* This is a Skitso remaster of Tom Tower’s and Ninuzzu’s Medieval Madness Reloaded. TEAM ROTHBORSKI: Project lead, visuals and QA – Skitso Scripting, gameplay and physics – rothbauerw Mesh playfield and primitives – bord Features: Completely revamped gameplay and physics with all the modern VP tricks New mesh playfield with all the nice holes and edges New animations and sound Improved GI lighting Completely new inserts lighting Completely new flasher lighting Completely new wall reflections and other atmosphere elements Completely new HD apron texture Improved playfield texture Countless amount of bigger and smaller details and polish As requested by the original authors, the download is not from VPinball, but from VPUniverse. ******************************************************************* As for the VR conversion, special thanks to: - 3rdaxis for sharing his great VR work and the template for creating a VR Room. - Caligula for bringing us VPX VR via VPVR! VR Room Twilight Zone (Skitso Mod 2.0)
The latest release from Team rothborski. Two VR room versions are included here, a compressed and uncompressed. The compressed version has lower resolution textures to help boost performance on some setups. You can also disable the back wall and floor with the right magna save or the cabinet details with the left magna save. --- This has been in works for months and we're finally happy to introduce it to the community. Since my last version, a lot has happened to this table: Skitso made a complete visual overhaul with all the new stuff he's learned since v. 1.5 about a year ago. There's new inserts, new textures, new lights, new shadows, new flashers, a lot of added detail etc. all with a Skitso level of polish and attention to detail you all are accustomed of from Skitso. Then there's a completely overhauled, best in class gameplay and physics, by no other than rothbauerw, the king of physics. He also rewrote a lot of the scripting, fixed issues with GI and clock lights, added sounds and offered a lot of support and help in all the ways possible. Bord also stepped in, providing the table a new mesh playfield, a new ramp model, a new lampshade model and a new scoop model, all top notch quality as usual. A huge special thanks to this team. It's a privilege to be able to work with such talent. Thank you guys! --- Launch post with few more close up images: https://vpinball.com/forums/topic/twilight-zone-skitso-detail-mod/page/7/#post-162297 --- The goal was to recreate this classic pinball as faithfully as possible. There are some visual mods available to enable in the top part of the script, but they are not part of Skitso's artistic vision on this table, so it is suggested to leave them off. Also changing POV will mess few lighting effects, so that should not be done unless absolute necessity. --- This table mod is based on Ninuzzu's table. (Thanks for letting us mod it!) Original authors for this table are: Ninuzzu, coindropper, nFozzy, JPSalas, Tom Tower, Hauntfreaks, Flupper and Zany. We also borrowed some FSS work from Acronovum. Thanks and sorry if we missed some one. Read More -

Still to Come wizard mode & misc fixes Important things to know before playing the Harry Potter table: table does not use UltraDMD Pinup Player is REQUIRED and is used for all video / text / dmd / music / callouts, etc PUPDMD is used to give options for 4:1 LCD DMD, Real DMD, and 16:9 FullDMD SSF support added (needs @Thalamus @DJRobx @RustyCardores to give it a look over in case I messed up something, or it needs more work for SSF) full DOF and MX Leds added by me (TerryRed), but it’s still not 100% done options for DMD and more are in the table script. You MUST check them and be sure they are correct for your setup (you may not want pupdmd enabled, etc) if not using a PUPDMD or Topper, be sure those options are DISABLED in the pup-pack and the table script! The latest version of Pinup Player is needed for the table. Pinup Player install and setup: http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=install_guide …then install newest update of Pinup Player: http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=release_notes While installing / updating Pinup Player… you MUST have your anti-virus disabled and you also must put in exceptions for the entire PinupSystem folder! You also must be sure that the zip files are UNBLOCKED before you unzip them! If you don’t do this then some PuP files WILL get taken from Defender or your anti-virus program, or be blocked by Windows! MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS! VR ROOM Genesis
VR version of the incredible Genesis, in honor of the great work of ICPjuggla. The table is one of my favourite Gottlieb tables and ICPjuggla did an outstanding job on this table. The table design and ruleset is awesome and it's a real good challenge to bring the robot to life! Non of the table code has been modified in any way, I only placed this beauty in my VR ROOM so others can also enjoy this great table in VR. Had to create custom cabinet art as there seems to be no good source available. The table uses flasher objects to display the scoring, this means no need for the external dmd shit ;). Credits go to: - JPSalas for the original VP9 table, nFozzy for converting JPSalas table to VPX, Inkochnito - Dipswitch settings, zany for the flipper, bumpercap and gate models all taken from Raven, CRAIGD for the wheel image used for WS version, Dark for the amazing ramp models and ICPJuggla for this insane MOD :). I hope you return to this hobby one day! - 3rdaxis for sharing his great VR work and for inspiring me to start VR conversions - Caligula for bringing us VPX VR via VPVR! - wildman for his backglass art Keep a close eye out for more releases, VR is going to be the future of visual pinball :). (Big Betty's) Truck Stop
Big Betty’s Truck Stop is a pinball machine from 1988 and manufactured by Bally Manufacturing Co. This was the first game following the merger of Williams and Bally/Midway. Lots of ramps, slingshots, lights, and a cool trucker theme make this table really fun to play! I would like to send a very special thanks to the following: - sindbad : For being able to use his VP9 table resources as a great starting point. - JPSalas : Improved table physics thanks to JPs "Arcade Physics 3.0" materials, script changes, and techniques. - flupper, nFozzy, and others : Flipper physics, flasher lighting, etc. - BrandonLaw : Playfield and plastics cleanup and enhancement of Sindbad’s resources - bigus1 : Beta testing and lighting tweeks - VPX development team: As always, thanks for your work in keeping VP alive and well - To anyone I may have forgotten, please let me know and I'll add you. Note: There’s some confusion that this table was or wasn’t released a few years ago for VPX. I cannot find anywhere that it was officially put out so I made my own for VPX. Read More -

High Roller Casino (Stern 2001)
By DJRobX & Dids666 Plastics renderings and dynamic drop shadow technique by Bord Special thanks to: Stern for creating this fun table. Go put some quarters in a real machine soon! Knorr for his Stern Apron prim. Destruk, TAB, bmiki75 for the previous versions of this table that were used as a reference for this one VPX and VPinmame dev teams NFozzy, Rothbauerw for their excellent physics tutorial and fading lights classes. Ninuzzu, JPSalas and others who have contributed script and other bits that make this work! Nailbuster for his autoQA script G5k, Nailbuster, TerryRed, Flupper, Freezy and all of the other inspirational contributors that keep this hobby interesting RandR, Dazz, and Noah Fentz for hosting our community About this Table Straight up, the resources we had weren't great. There's no pretty 4k playfield scan, no crisp plastic scans. Photoshop and upscalers can only take it so far. If better resources become available we will update the table! Known issues: 1) The ROM complains a lot about "possibly broken" switches. The switches that the diagnostic report identifies are very random. 2) The game may hang onto a ball at the pop entrance under the roulette wheel. I've caught this a couple times and confirmed that VPinMame thinks Switch 32 is active but the test menu shows it is not. So this must be either a bug in the game code or a bug in the emulation, probably the latter. Once the game does a ball hunt it will let go of it, so it's not a showstopper. 3) The roulette wheel is fairly complex for VPX. In multiball, if it dumps 3+ balls onto it at once, some of that dogpiling activity may slow down some systems. MaxBallsRoulette will delay autoplunges to try to mitigate this. This table is for personal use only, and should not be included with a commercial product. This table will be free to mod without permission after Septeember 1,2020. Before then, please reach out to DJRobX or Dids666 before distributing mods of this table. About physics and POVs: Everyone has a different opinions on these. Did wanted something that plays a bit slower like Whodunnit so that is the physics profile we went with. Most of the table is actually set according to the NFozzy/Rothbauerw guidelines, so you can import the physics set from NFozzy's T2 and it will play faster, if you prefer that. The POV was chosen to maximize the view of the roulette wheel and the ball that appears underneath it. Feel free to experiment and share .POV files amongst yourselves if you come up with something you like better. Read More
