MISFITS MOD
ITS ALIVE!! yet another firepower mod, well at least we have plenty of choices! BIG THANK YOU TO SIGGI for allowing this mod of his mod! Also to darthmarino for creating the original version. ok , so the MISFITS (GLEN DANZIG ERA) are a punk band from the late 70s early 80s, they are what you get when you mix punk with old horror movies ! perfect for halloween. this is my first time doing anything other then consuming other peoples work lol, so it may seem sloppy( I am a newb after all) but I really wanted a MISFITS table, and I really wanted to give back to the community as well. I hope someone else enjoys this version, I know "punk rock" tables are a minority (check out BAD BRAINS vp9 if you like punk) but maybe this will inspire someone else to create what they are looking for! hope you enjoy my version. DIMMU BORGIR (Mod by Zedixair 2019)
It’s time… I can now share my modest work on a table. And since I have to start with something not too complicated, it's a Mod of the Iron Maiden table (the band), which was itself a Firepower mod. So of course, all the credit goes to all the previous authors and people who worked on these tables, and who accept mods. Thank you all. Special thanks to Mussinger, who helped me debugging a few things and who has been a man of good advices. Everything started from the following sentence: "if you want to play at a table, do not wait for someone to create it for you, but do it yourself". Although I knew absolutely nothing about doing this, I said “OK, let’s go”, and here is the result: the DIMMU BORGIR table. DIMMU BORGIR is a Norwegian metal band that exists for more than 25 years, and their style is often described as Symphonic Black Metal, because they use a lot of choirs, keyboards, and symphonic or philharmonic orchestras. The name of the band comes from a volcanic region of Iceland, Dimmuborgir (in one word), which means "dark castles", because of the ghostly forms of volcanic formations that evoke ruins. As it’s a european band, please note that the pronounciations used in the table are at the european way (for instance, “U” is pronounced “uh”, not “you”). Of course, it’s an "extreme" imagery, and this music is not very "mainstream", so I am aware that my work will not please many people, but I really hope there will have at least one person that will appreciate this table as much as me. I had a lot of fun doing it, working on visuals in Photoshop, recording voices and effects, selecting songs from different albums, changing lights and colors… It's a lot of work, but it's very interesting. In short, be indulgent with my first try ! In the dowloadable file, you’ll find the table, the backglass (with animated lights), the rom, the music folder, and an image wheel. Now my favorite band has got a VPX table… Read More -
Williams Strike Zone - 1984 - VPX
This is a VPX recreation of a 1984 Williams Strike Zone Shuffle Alley Bowler. It needs the rom "szone_l5.zip" to run. This is a complete remake by me, not a conversion. Started from scratch. Flippers move arm left and right. Analog and digital plunger pulls the arm forwards and backwards and starts angle rotation. Left Magna key for the game selection. Selections are Regulation, Flash, Strike 90, Triple Strike, and Advance. Read More -
Pirates of the Caribbean MOD
Hello everyone, big thanks for Sliderpoint and Bigus1 for letting me share this mod of Sliderpoints very good Pirates of the Caribbean. The only problem with the table was the play field. For some reason, since 2006 to 2019, there was no real good scans or pictures of a complete play field. Luckily I found one, and with the help of Bigus1, who did all of the work regarding fitment of the new playfield, messing with the lights. All credit goes to him. Adjusted a couple sounds, and here it is. Please thank sliderpoint and bigus1 for this one. Read More -

Miss World (Geiger 1982) only update is for desktop users
Warning*** Contains Nudity*** This was a conversion available from Geiger for the Kiss table. The conversion only included a new Playfield and new plastics added to the Kiss table. Special thanks to TAB for his PF which made this table possible. Thanks to @jbg4208 for his Kiss table which was used as a base to begin this project. The complete PF was repopulated with new primitives and new apron, spinner images, bumper caps and drop target images. Since these were all not changed from Kiss, I made images that I thought would go with the theme. If you want a correct table you can use the Kiss images, but it looks kinda silly. I had a lot of issues with the lighting and getting this table to look right due to the colorful PF. Thanks to @32Assassin for jumping in and helping out with the pieces on the table that were missing and for going through the scrip to update it. Also thanks to @Thalamus for giving this table and all my tables his final touches too. Appreciate your support! I am still not 100% happy with the lighting and/or the physics. I am going out for a bit and wanted to get this out there for many to test. If you have any suggestions on the physics or lighting please feel free to speak up. I would also like to go back and do the shadows with Blender so there will be an update to this in the near future. Thanks to @Wildman for his new B2s! http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2994-miss-world-geiger-1982/ If anyone wants to do a wheel image for it please do. much appreciated. Enjoy! Read More -

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Fiends (Data East 1993) 1.0
It's Showtime!!!! This is one of my favorite tables for sure. It has everything I love about pinball!! Crazy ramps, great callouts and sounds, a great light show and a theme of one of my favorite shows. Nothing up my sleeve.... presto............ The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Fiends. I'm finally calling this one done enough (for now). I've been working on this off and on since the VPX beta days. Pretty much 5 years now. O_O For those looking to get into VP table authoring, this is not the table to try and cut your teeth in blender with. I think I've built and rebuilt about every object 3 times. (ramps a good 5) But I'm finally happy enough to share one of my favorite tables with everyone. This was a scratch build. Playfield I stitched together from some high-res photos I found online. Plastics are scans from FBX. Ramp decals, custom sidewalls, and a few other things I redrew myself. Most all of the 3D models I did myself. I know there are probably a few from Dark and Zany hiding in there somewhere. Sliderpoint was a huge help off and on with this build. He took a ton of pictures of his real machine. Measured all of his ramps and tweaked the VP ramps to get them just right. He also took videos of all of the SOL sounds that I edited and used for most all the VP table sounds. He also helped align and tweak the placements of objects early on. A while back Wrd came in and fine-tuned the physics. For what its worth I think it plays great. You will need to use the latest 10.6 version of VPX. As always, check the top of the script for options!!!! -------------------- Credits/Thanks: Me: table build, playfield stitch, ramp decal redraws, ramps, lots of little primitives here and there. Sliderpoint: Resource pics, ramp and table tweaks. Big help making this table great!! Wrd: Physics, playtesting and other tweaks along the way Roth: Being a code wizard and for putting up with Wrd and me. Playtesting. Dark: Different models here and there FBX: plastic scans. themotherbrain: testing and feedback nFozzy: I'm using his new fading lights + a few tweaks by me. DJRobX: SSF code and thanks to RustyCardores for showing me the way, you can't go back!! Ball drop tweaks by Roth and me. Last but not least the developers and other table authors. This community is nothing without everyone doing their part!!!!!! Victory for the good guys!! -cp Read More
