Thank you to TAB (VP9) and DevaL for the VPX crude conversion. Vpinmame 3.3 rev 4895 or later is REQUIRED! Special Thanks to: Arrestis: Playfield, Apron and Plastics re-scan Teppotee: Lighting, GI DJRobX: SSF and Bug Motor coding Jasiel Estrada: Physics and mechanical sounds tweaking Thanks to all the Admins at VP Nation for supporting another project. This table took a great amount of time and we worked with you in mind... so please leave constructive feedback or comments in the support topic and will try to make it better. Airborne (Capcom 1996)
Airborne by Capcom (1996) Based on the VP8 table by TAB and Destruk, and the VP9 table by Bodydump VPX conversion by robbo43 and DCrosby Thanks go to: the original table authors DCrosby for the ramps, graphical updates and general support those people who have contributed scripting techniques (JPSalas, ninuzzu, uncle willy) those people that contribute high quality resources (Dark, nFozzy, Zany, Flupper) My final thanks go the authors of VPX and VPinMame for making this all possible. This has been quite a start/stop build and taken longer than it should, so apologies If I have forgotten to credit anyone else. Please drop me a line if I've missed you off the credits and I'll add you. Table Notes / Calls for Help I'm not sure how far capcom emulation has come since the VP9 table was release, so I'll put out a call for help 1. I've tried many different methods to make the left drop ramp behave properly using rom commands however the best behaviours are those workarounds developed by Destruk / Bodydump I'm not sure whether these are 100% accurate, so please contribute any improvements 2. I'm not sure whether locked balls should be kicked out if you select eject co-pilot. The table currently does not do this and I do not know if this is correct behavour. I tried to script this but couldn't get it to work properly. 3. The table may still have many legacy commands / functions, please feel free to update and contribute - I've reached the limit of my knowledge/skill!! Read More -

VR ROOM Mary Shelley's Frankenstein
VR version of the incredible Frankenstein. This is one awesome table in VR! The depth is great and you really see the complexity of the ramps and how deep this table really is in a cabinet. I used my new basement VR environment and couldn't resist to put Baywatch next to Frankie :). Enjoy this beauy in VR and don't forget to check out the VR table settings in the script if you like to enable/disable some VR objects. Keep a close eye out for more releases, VR is going to be the future of visual pinball :). Credits go to: - Schreibi34 and Herweh for their excellent table (v1.1) - Caligula for bringing us VPX VR via VPVR! Special thanks to (copied from the original table release): Dark: We all know what he did! Frank is just jawdropping!! - Dids666: For starting all of this and his awesome meshes. Thanks for letting us finish this!! - Sheltemke: For stitching together the PF image and playtesting - Mlager8: For PS help on the sling plastics - RothbauerW: For his awesome physics' guide at vpinball.com and some more help on the physics - Mark70, Bord, Thalamus: For beta testing and some good hints - Batch: For the DT background image. VR ROOM The Phantom Of The Opera
You hear of a small local theater with a mint-condition Phantom of the Opera table set up backstage. Unfortunately they don't allow visitors, so you wait until it gets dark and make your way in through a broken window. There have been a few rumours about this place... noises heard in the dead of night. As you settle in to play with your back to the empty theater, you wonder if this was a good idea... - Latest Bigus version of the table (1.4) - Fully working alphanumerics without DMD capture etc - A visual and auditory environment - There might be a couple of easter eggs to find! Credits to 32assassin for the original table (and thanks for the permission to mod), and Bigus for this mod release (Bigus Mod 1.4). The table itself is completely unmodified from the Bigus release, I just added the environment around it. Info: - Set your far plane to 20000+ - Left magnasave toggles between no theater chairs -> no room -> full room - The 'S' key will toggle extra sound effects off and back on. Edit the script (all VR related functions at the bottom) to turn them off permanently if that's your thing! Read More -
Starship Troopers (Sega 1997)
Thanks to Destruk, TAB, TheManFromPost for VP8/9 version and DeVaL for the VPX conversion. It started as a "change playfield" only, just for experimenting and see what I could do and how the VP editor works Things changed when Sixtoe jumped in and offered help with playfield touchups, etc. From just doing Photoshop things to table building, scripting, etc. was crazy but really satisfying when things worked! Thanks to this community for all the help and support! New to this table: Script changes, new mechanical sounds, Adjusted ramps, new plastics, new lighting, new playfield, new apron, new materials en textures. Special Thanks to: Sixtoe: Playfield upgrades, lights and improvements and support Thalamus 2020 April : Improved directional sounds, support and fixes 32Assassin: Assets from his SST base table. JPSalas: GI , lighting and overall appearance Vogliadicane: Upscaled plastics and images. Knorr: 3D Apron Schreibi34: PF Inserts Flupper: Dome and material textures Zany/Dark: Domes Thanks to all authors who helped directly or via support threat and tutorials. *V2.0 Sixtoe - On April 3rd I read a post by eMBee in the forums about Starship Troopers needing the playfield working on, having taken a shot at the Joust playfield before and quite enjoying doing it I thought I'd have a go at tidying it up, being alright at photoshop. eMBee and I put together something fun which worked well and we were proud of the table we had released from 2 guys who had never made a table before :) After we released v1.1, I started messing around with VPX trying to learn how it actually worked a bit better whilst eMBee was working on new toy primitives. What happened next is a credit to the entire visual pinball community, as a relative newbie I had a lot of questions, of which everyone I asked was more than happy to help with, the table as it stands literally wouldn't have been possible without the help of; eMBee, for going back and changing the primitives every time I asked (which was quite a lot!) 32assassin for sending me his SST code rebuild and some extra bits and pieces and advising me on things to look out for and that needed doing. DJRobX for going above and beyond in helping me learn how to code vpx, getting the warrior bug working properly and providing loads of support for loads of different things. Flupper helped integrate his new v2 flashers into the table when I was really struggling, and then even modified them as the SST flashers are a bit bonkers and not fully supported in vpinmame, then redid the ramps & textures and provided a shadow layer as a lovely present! Thalamus helped with the SSF code and bugfinding. Schreibi34 for the playfield inserts and his excellent lighting basics tutorial (which I have bookmarked!) Dark for his generic primitive collections. Loads of other people who have written things on the forums when I was searching for answers to whatever I was stuck on that day! It's definitely made the past month fly by :) Enjoy the light show! *V2.1 - Changed most of the plastics. Thanks chuck87 for your scans. All though most of the plastics are obscured in cabinet mode, they do look better and sharper ;) - Changed Apron textures, Nuke signs and shooter cover. - Numerous depth bias issues - Changed romset to startrp2 and enabled fastflips thanks to TheLoafer - Added DOF undercab thanks to Angrim - Tweaked plunger position. - If you want to MOD the table, please don't re-upload but PM me first - All Logos, Copyrights and Trademarks are property of their respective owner Read More

Strikes N' Spares (Gottlieb 1995) Alternate Dual Mode Backglass
Strikes N' Spares (Gottlieb 1995) Alternate Dual Mode Backglass This is NOT to be confused with Strikes and Spares (Bally 1978). The original Strikes N' Spares table / games uses a DOUBLE DMD screen - so using a RealDMD in a cab is impossible because the images overlap, so I made my own special backglass withe a double DMD area that fits the virtual DMD nicely. The original backglass / panel was visually "uninteresting" and I wanted to make a "fun" backglass for a very fun table originally made by mfuegemann in VP8 / VP9 and then ported to VPX by 32assassin. Backglass has Dual Mode built in: Authentic Mod: Turn ON feature an stays continuously lit. Fantasy Mod: Various looping lighting animations. RIGHT-CLICK on the backglass to change the mode from Authentic (default) to Fantasy if you want to see the lighting animations. Also includes is a new HiRez wheel PNG image. Rename the backglass file to the EXACT same name as your table file. Optimized / scaled for 16x9 backglass monitors. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This project took considerable time ... so "thanks" or comments in the support topic would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: I create these videos for fun and for the dedicated VPX pinball users on this and other forum. I DID NOT create this for you to download as SELL, MAKE MONEY OR PROFIT ON ... You have been warned! DO NOT include any of these files with other downloads or projects without asking permission first.
