VR ROOM Bugs Bunny's Birthday Ball (Bally 1991) minimal
This is the most recent updated v2.4 table by wrd1972 with the added B2S backglass option. Option for B2s: Gives an option to use the animated DirectB2S backglass or the VR Version. Change B2Son1= 1 to turn on. Would suggest to have Grill set to "Standard", DMD set to "Hidden" and B2S DMD set to Visible in the B2s Server settings (right click on the back glass when table is running on desktop to get this). Also make sure "Disable B2S" is unchecked, and "Capture Backglass/PUI" is checked in Preferences -> Configure Keys, Nudge and DOF. Twilight Zone PuP Pack-2 Screen Version
This updates the Twilight Zone PuP Pack and allows 2 screen users to have a full DMD without blocking any overlay or video. ***This is only for 2 screen users*** A huge thanks to dgamboa1988 for his original PUP Pack and allowing me to release this conversion. Download the excellent original Pup Pack here: https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/the-twilight-zone-pup-pack/ This pairs well with the black and white version of the table. Ballyhoo (1932)
Here's my attempt at a recreation of Ballyhoo from 1932. It's probably not a 'perfect' recreation, but I'm happy with how it turned out - especially considering it's my first recreation - so I'd like to share it with you all. Huge thanks to mfuegemann for creating the "Cavalcade" table I tore apart and put back together as this table. Thanks also to randr for recreating the "Worlds Fair Jigsaw" flipperless table, which inspired me to try recreating another table from the early days of pinball. I'm more of a Gottlieb fan, but the primitives needed for "Baffle Ball" seemed to difficult for me to tackle. So I decided to instead recreate "Ballyhoo" which was inspired by Gottlieb's "Baffle Ball." Ballyhoo is another pinball pioneer and the namesake of the Bally Manufacturing Company, which went on to create lots of other pinball classics, so it felt like a good one to attempt. Hopefully my recreation also inspires someone to go off and remake another early table for people to enjoy. ***Additional Thank You's*** - Thanks to The Internet Pinball Database community for posting images of this table to refer to. I was able to recreate the instruction cards and "BALLYHOO" text at the top using some nice close-ups from the site. - Thank you to people like ninuzzu, JP, and all the other people's code that finds its way into almost everyone's tables to make them work. - Thanks to Jopp for giving me good instructions on how to add sounds for when the ball collides with the pins in my version 1.2 update - Thanks to the vpinball community for welcoming my first table recreation with enthusiasm and nice comments. ***Notes*** - This table comes in a 10 ball and 7 ball version (as did the original Ballyhoo tables). One can be fairly easily converted from one version into the other. But for version 1.3, I've opted to release both version in ready-to-go forms at once for convenience and in case people want to easily switch back and forth between two tables. - The score reels/ball counter/highscore tape should be able to be turned off in the script. - I've never played a real Ballyhoo table before. I did my best to make my recreation at least 'look' as close to the real thing as I can manage. Perfect recreation or not, I hope it's fun to play and gives people an idea what bagatelle games were like. Anyway, I hope you like it! --- Version 1.3 update - Thank you to everyone for downloading the previous versions of this table! I'm very happy to see people enjoying it. I plan for this to be the final version of my Ballyhoo recreation (assuming people don't find any bugs that need patched). Once again, thanks to everyone for making my first table recreation feel like such a success! --- All logos, copyrights, & trademarks that happen to appear in this game are the property of their respective owners. Twilight Zone BW Mod
Firstly a HUGE thank you to everyone in this community! I have learned so much from everyone here and could not have setup my pin cab without your help. Being new I missed out on the BW Twilight Zone mod that HauntFreaks did, but always thought it looked really cool so thought I would have a go myself with this awesome version by Skitso. I have only adjusted the table images and lighting to achieve the look I was after, the rest of the table is as Skitso made it (what all you guys do with the scripts, layout, models etc is WAY beyond my skillset) I've just literally stood on the shoulders of giants with a torch and a spray can :) I've included a B2S that I made in the download which matches the table colour pallet although I failed trying to animate it so it's only static unfortunately (but looks nice anyway) Changing the DMD colour to black and white is also recommended to finish the look This has only been tested on my cabinet so can't guarantee it will look correct in desktop mode If for whatever reason I have upset anyone for uploading this I apologise in advance and will take it down immediately upon request Thank You once again! VR ROOM Transformers Minimal (Stern 2011)
Here's my first contribution to VPinball! Thank you so much to Sixtoe. He taught me so much on how to get a table prepped for VR. It's a bit more than just copying in the VR Room environment and cabinets, etc. Lots of tweaking involved. Sixtoe also added quite a bit to this table as well, including the moving plunger, the GI backglass, and a few other tweaks. I take absolutely NO credit for this table whatsoever. All I did was add the objects into the table, some graphics, and lots of "VR" tweaking (thanks to all the information supplied by other members and Sixtoe). All credit goes to the amazing vpinball authors of the table. I used Hauntfreaks version of the transformers mod (v1 mod 1). I tried to get ahold of him for permission to upload the VR version, however was unable to contact him. Several other members indicated he's been out of the vpin scene lately and likely wouldn't get him. They all recommended I post this VR Version, since nothing changed other than it's ready for VR. Hope you all enjoy! It plays great! Paul Read More -
FSS MOD Pirates of the Caribbean (Stern 2006)
This is a FSS conversion of the modification made by EBisLit. The original table was made by Sliderpoint. Great job done by both, thank you very much. Well, the conversion to FSS format was done by me. Well, as usual, all the work was done through the tutorial videos of Nick Christopher (Arconovum), thank you very much for all the videos and help you have been giving me since I started converting tables in the FSS format. On the original table the lighting of the BG is static, but I made an update creating a controlled animation, part of it based on the B2S of STAT (thanks), I hope you like it. And thank you very much to all the VPX and table developers, without you the fun wouldn't be possible. Well, this is a great new title that could not be missing in the FSS format. Enjoy it. Read More
