Thank You to JP Salas for giving me the OK to proceed with this conversion and for those kind words when I presented the table to him:

It looks good. Still it doesn't have the right proportions. I made the table 13 years ago, when the screen where 4:3, cabinets didn't exist, and VP didn't have any zoom capabilities. So I made the table as big as posible, cutting away the apron as much as I could  As you can see the graphics where 1024x1024, since that was the max size VP could handle."

This conversion carried over well known 'issues' as described above . I decided  to share it anyway with the community, so consider it as blueprint for a new completely rebuild, feel free to Mod or share any improvements.
