the processor is i5-3570 @3.4Ghz, it’s running on 1080p (older panasonic tv).
it’s a 3 screen setup, with Radeon R9 390 8GB.
Try disabling Ambient Occlusion. No need for it on tables of this caliber, it’s already been baked in. And also maybe un-check Texture compression. When the machine runs it is swapping out dozens of textures on the fly. And if none of this works the Radeon R9 390 8GB may be your bottleneck. It’s only equivalent to a 1060 3GB. Running three monitors on that GPU is a bit of a stretch with a 4k table.
