I had a similar issue with my DMD resetting in the middle of the game. The steps that happened when I saw it was I received a multi ball and did not jackpot and drained the two balls leaving one. Since I didn’t jackpot there is a chance to re-multiball for a period and I hit the lite lock target in the middle of the two locks and the dmd reset.
That may have been the same scenario when mine reset, actually.
