people where complaining about the heart lights
bleed through the chest, I tried to fix that but I was still getting some bleed through so I decided to
set the flasher height =0 when chest is closed
set the flasher height = visible height when chest is opened.
I might need to double check the code since I never actually opened the chest the few times I played the table.
