That should t be a problem actually. Make sure that the b2s.exe and all the dlls relates to b2s are not blocked and set to run as admin by right clicking them and viewing properties.
I will mention I prefer plugin folder just include a shortcut to c:\dirictouput folder and not plugin folder full of the actual files but perhaps you have a blocked dll or exe. Check it out and report back
