Adding VP9 to pinup popper

Hey fellows, been doing some research but haven’t found an answer. I would like to add VP9 to pinup popper which seems straight forward as vpx, however I don’t know what the launch parameters are. Could I copy VPX parameters under emulators and just change the exe to VP9 from VPX?
