I did run into one issue in gameplay – if I launch the ball with just enough force to clear the ramp it gets stuck behind the elevator door.

Why can’t you play it without db2s would be a good thing to mention. I’m a bit surprised to hear you saying it can’t be played without. Though, I’ve never tried myself.

I always get error messages. I did not find any possibility in the script to change to another controller as it is usually possible in other tables

Would help telling us the error message you get. Don’t ask questions where we have to guess what you’re problem might be. The better it is described, the higher chance there is that someone responds since you’ve put some work into it on your end.

I am quite sure it has to do with the fact that I don’t have a db2s.

Here they are (translated roughly into English – they were in German on my computer):

 

494 can’t create object B2S server

688 Conflict of types (?) (Typenkonflikt in German) High Scores

127 Controller necessary

Not tested. But, I believe it might work. Take script from here : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sverrewl/vpxtable_scripts/master/amh%20091315a.vbs ( replace whole table script with that code text ) – comment out line 94 wtih and add this below on its own line ( the B2S.Server line )

Set Controller = CreateObject(“VPinMAME.Controller”)

Now I get an error for line 96 (formerly line 95 due to the added line) (Controller.Run)

The message is:

Machine ” not found! Invalid game name, or game name not set!

and line 765 as well (conflict of types)

and line 199 ( If Not UltraDMD is Nothing Then): object necessary
