My only contributions for this mod were the new playfield from stitching together photos and tweaking the inserts to line up. All the real heavy lifting on this table came from the previous authors BorgDog and HauntFreaks.
Permission received from BorgDog to release as a mod. If any future updates are added to his table that would include this latest playfield, I’ll remove this download link since it would be redundant.
To preserve the credits for the original bulk of effort in creating this table, I’m including the description section from BorgDog’s version (which this table is modded from):
*********Comments from BorgDog’s release************
This is a complete VPX rebuild of hauntfreaks vp9 Asteroid Annie, using mostly haunts resources that he gave me sometime last year. I found some better plastics images online, but I am currently in conversion with a guy on pinside that has 2 (yes 2! they only made like 200 of them) Annie’s he is going to restore and he is willing to get me some better resources, mainly the playfield is a pieced together hack that is not likely very accurate as far as placement of everything goes, so hopefully in the not to distant future I will rebuild again! In the mean time, enjoy, it is a fun machine.
edit: forgot to mention, I included the nvram for the table that sets the replay levels otherwise there are none, put that file in visual pinbalvpinmamenvram folder. Use F6 menu to set number of balls etc
Oh, and that easter egg I mentioned in the Space Walk table? it’s really in this table, must stop posting tables when I’ve been drinking

August 18, 2020 at 4:06 pm #196680Thank you very much for this table. If everyone would take notice of how you wrote up the credits for this, we would have no problems with people modding other peoples tables. Much appreciated. Good job !

August 19, 2020 at 9:34 am #196848The Gottlieb System 1emulation doesn’t work well with anything other than b2s and VPINMAME’s internal DMD display. I’ve had similar issues with Freezy’s dll on an lcd panel.

September 25, 2020 at 1:53 am #202138Thanks, this table is a beauty !
This is my prefered EM table with Centigrade 37
I just noticed a little problem with score lights for desktop users
I’ve had to set “Falloff” value to “100” for lights a8, a16, a24, a32, a40, a48, to see the number “1” properly
Here is a snapshot

November 2, 2020 at 4:42 pm #208208i was just looking at pics of this table and noticed that there were different versions of the spinner on the internet. IPDB has the white one like in here and BDs table and Pinside shows what looks like the usual Gottlieb checkerboard pattern. @borgdog would probably be the best one to ask or @Bord about authenticity. Thanks

November 2, 2020 at 7:03 pm #208225I believe this was before the checkerboard pattern spinner. manual shows a B-17175 white spinning target, which is the basic white plastic spinning target. my guess is someone upgraded to the checkerboard one for better spinage.
