when autorecorder gets to a table that does not have a directb2s file, it ends up copying the playfield recorded from theprevious table as the backglass. bug or am I missing something? I’d expect it to record the BG desktop image as a backglass video…

if theres an error in recording then it uses the last ‘good’ recording…
you need to look at the log files (ffmpeg log and others) in your recording sub-folder
FB group has plenty of threads on it…. typically its when you configure your pupdisplay outside the screen boundaries that causes the recorder to fail.

Hmm. It went through 10 tables and only did this on the ones without a directb2s file. Maybe that was actually left in the screen by popper and it just got recorded. Will run again. Txs.

Popper simply launches the recorder and tells it the screen area to record… it doesn’t know if a directb2s is there or not, if there was no b2s it should have just recorder the desktop/blank area. So its something else to look for…
