can confirm same problem on 2nd cabinet fresh install
installed all possible c++

I’ve got the ‘plugins’ folder set up in the ‘tables’ folder with the shortcut to the PinUPPlayerB2SDriver drivers folder

Two questions:
- with the pup pack is the back glass always just thanos, or are there other videos supposed to be displayed.
- why can’t I see the overlay images around the backglass?
Also it is freezing up mid game and then nothing happens. I think some of the screens aren’t showing up for some reason. I looked at the pup pack with the editor and there are a lot of “screen 12” and such. In my configuration editor for pup, there aren’t 12 screen options. Am I running an older version. How can I tell?

Multiple screens are from layering things like the frame over the video itself. There are PuP options to add layers like that.

I will see if my partner Hawkeyez can help. Those screen 12s don’t mean you need 12 different displays, we layer a lot of videos on top of other videos. How many screens do you have?You need to login in order to like this post: click here
3 screens. When I run it, all I get is thanks on screen (no overlay) and topper running. Usually freezes after first ball drains.

@Dr Tom – make sure you’re at least on version 1.4.4 of pinup player. There’s also been updates to the dmddevicepup.dll file that fix what you’re seeing. The performance could be a whole different animal. Also, make sure you ran 1 of the .bat files that matches your desired setup/configuration.

I believe I have the pinup player/popper the latest version. I ran SAMbuild latest exe. I have Freezy 1.8.
How do I check that I indeed have the latest Freezy and Sam builds?
I double clicked on the Option 1 as I only have 2 screens right now. It just opens the folder and I don’t see any BAT file that I see noted above.
Getting no pup packs. And now getting cannot create an activex component. Not sure what I updated to get that error as it was at least playing the table before and not now.
