Yes. That is exactly what should happen. I don’t understand how people can misinterpret “exactly”.

When a tables is named “whatever 2.0” – then the db2s file names to be named “whatever 2.0.directb2s”.

“Tee’d Off (Gottlieb 1993) 1.2.6.vpx” of course needs to have the db2s named as “Tee’d Off (Gottlieb 1993) 1.2.6.directb2s” – ONLY THAT IS EXACT !!

Same error with this one and it looks like it matches.

These are the same but still wont work.

I do know they have to be the same.

Sorry to be a pain, just trying to get this right.

Please ask your grandmother or wife, kid for help. They can’t all be illiterate. Can you really not see that the name before “directb2s” is different from the vpx file ? Like JR says. You need to delete an extra space and the text inside the spaces that describes what kind of type of db2s this is in order for it to become the same as the table name.

Working?  I think many copy the EXACT table name and paste over/replace the b2s file name up to – – .directB2S.  Leave that on the end.

Other than having more than one version of the table keep it simple and make everything this format … example

                              Hardbody (Bally 1978)

Sloppy file names cause nothing but problems.

Tablenames without version numbers is the worst imo.

I just wanted to thank everyone here again for your help. The tables are so much more fun with these amazing back glasses, they are just incredible.

And to all the people who made these tables and back glasses, i am blown away with your talent.

I’m just happy you got there in the end. Even though it was a frustrating experience ;-)

Learn this procedure, and it becomes full-proof to rename. Mark table, right click mouse. Now choose “properties” in the menu. From here, mark and copy the name in top dialog box. Mark db2s file. Right click again, pick rename this time. Now paste the tablename ( shift + insert is a easy shortcut for that ) from clip board. Press backspace 4 times and press enter. ( that deletes the .vpt or .vpx – extention that should not be there )

I am having trouble with the B2S position of the backglass on the second monitor. Editor seems to be fine but position of backglass never changes.
