Backglass Lights Not Working

Hi all, I just added a new table to my setup and noticed that the backglass isn’t showing any light effects. I’ve seen videos of this table on YouTube which show that the backglass does work correctly with the usual light effects. Other tables in my setup work fine. Any idea what I should look at to troubleshoot the issue with this one table?

if they are my BG they have original and fantasy modes right click on the BG and change it to fantasy to see the lights
