Holy PupPack Batman!!! Here’s our own VPX Batman ‘66 PupPack. This by no means is the Stern Batman ‘66!! There are some Stern influences to the PupPack, but as you will see it isnt even close to being a copy of the Stern. The PupPack is designed for a 3 monitor system. The topper is used for a lot of the animations when certain triggers are hit. If you are a big fan of the TV show. You’ll probably enjoy this :)
NOTE: I wasn’t able to complete certain PUP triggers on this table. This was due to the fact of no sexy DMD. Everything was capture by switches and lights. So without a sexy DMD, I wasn’t able to use the DMDcapture feature to make these triggers work. So, if any of you Pinmame Jedis out there want to look at seeing if they can get these triggers to work. I left them still in the PupPack. Under PupPack editor you will see on the last few lines under ”TRIGGERS” there’s a few triggers with the ??????. Those are them! The switches are currently shut off. If you find the solution feel free to update the PupPack.
I want to give a big thank you to JPsalas and LuvtheCubs for a great Batman ‘66 table. Also, thank you to Nailbuster and TerryRed or the PinUp system. I can’t take complete credit on this PupPack. Without the help of Trochjocel (showing me the system in’s and out’s) and Joey Beaulieu (designing the backglass , along with the transparent png files to use for my animations) none of this would have been possible.

When I load this pup pack I end up getting the backglass showing through it. When I rename the backglass, it then loads another batman backglass from another table. Is there a simple way to get a black background behind the batman lettering in the bat symbol?

I duplicate and name all these types of tables like this: Media_table name.vpx and never have any issue. This way I can play the pup version or the normal version.

Damn it man. I need to try this popper thing. Thats cool as sh**. I see all these pup packs coming out. Im just not that computer savvy. So hopefully i can follow the excellent write up from nail buster and Terry red.

I am in need of some help. This pup pack assumes you have a black wallpaper background … which I don’t. Is there a way to edit the pack to put a permanent black background in back of the batman 66 symbol and the video which fade in so that I don’t see parts of my wallpaper on my backglass. This is the only pup pack I have encountered this issue with. Any help would be appreciated.

It hasn’t been working properly for me since the beginning. I have a full screen backscreen (no batman shape) in my cabinet, it doesn’t look like a preview. What has changed? Why is there no changelog tab? It would be useful to know what has changed before you download 1GB of data…

Logon I’m releasing a update today that will have this fix. The transparency was left on in the PupPack editor for the backglass and topper display screens.

When the game is loads, Is video in the back glass supposed to start automatically?

Yes . There’s supposed to be a new “Episode video”.. I believe I’ve come to the root of this problem as well. I’m going to give it 50 more start up tests to be sure

The new update has been uploaded. The bleeding of the desktop color has been fixed…. I believe to have fixed the intro video as well. NOTE: After you install the Batman66 pupack. Restart your system..It should be all set! If it still continues to skip intro video. There’s another trick you can try…1st step: Go into PupPack editor.. Pull up the flash_l1 pup pack.. Go under triggers and find “intro” under Descript column. Erase just L55 trigger (KEEP the D0, trigger!!) and replace it with W48.. IT NEEDS TO LOOK LIKE THIS: D0,W48 (No spaces!).. 2nd step: go over to Play Action column on the same line, click and click the scroll arrow and replace SKIPSAMEPRTY with Normal….SAVE up at the top! 3rd step.. Reboot your system. It should be ready to go. If your having it still skip. I’m not sure what it is…. no dmd to dmdcapture, just triggers unfortunately :(
