Beat The Clock (Bally 1985) Wheel Tarcisio Style

Sorry, not a VPX version.  This was prompted because of Kellogs newer B2s backglass that had a cleaned up image.  I didn’t see a wheel out there in Tarcisio style so I whipped one up.
