Hi Guys,
So, below is the computer hardware I will be using…
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: Â Asus Prime B450 M Motherboard Socket AM4 (mATX, AMD AM4, DDR4 Memory Natives M.2 USB 3.1 Gen 2)
SSD: Â Sabrent M.2 NVME SSD 550GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB Desktop Memory Kit
Power Supply: Â Aerocool Lux 650 W 80Plus BronzeI have my eye one the following TV as a playfield option: TV 43″ LG 43UM7000PLA 4K, thoughts?
Does anyone have any suggestions for 2nd and 3rd (even 4th) monitor for DMD/Topper and Backbox. Or even if you think I should use another vertically aligned 4k TV to handle all three using a 2 monitor setup?
I’m assuming the GPU can handle all the above options. I quite like the idea of a vertical 4k as a Backbox. Would probably need to hide a portion under the playfield and have another portion stick out of the top for a topper. Does anyone have any experience with running two 4k panels with a 1080ti?At this point I have not built any cabinet so any opinion as to the best build can be considered.
I look forward to your help guys and gals.
Thanks

Do most b2s backgrounds have a speaker grill and dmd graphic?

April 6, 2020 at 1:24 pm #170918Hard question in that most db2s’ have been made in two versions. We like to call them 2- and 3 screens. Some hasn’t. There has been a few times where I’ve just taken away the “forced speakers and dmd area”, since I have a real dmd I don’t want it. But, on some backglasses, important information might get lost, like Whirlwind.
So, I guess, I didn’t really give you a yes/no answer. Just because there isn’t one to give.
