dark knight and ac dc pinup crashing

hello.might be a hardware issue but i m wondering about these two tables what is the problem.when in play when it is going very graphic intense like multiball and pinup is playing heavy video load game still plays but the backglass videos stop and its blank. vsync is 1

from task manager quitting all pinup related  will reset situation so my questions is there something i am missing on setup cause everything works fine with all my pinup tables.

running a i5 processor 16 gb ram 960 geforce gpu

any advice would be appreciated before i go update my setup.million thanks

its a common issue the dark knight video can crash.  If you check the support thread for the pack there’s a workaround video/patch for it.

don’t know about acdc.  if you want to test something,  run vpx in non-full screen exclusive for these tables and see if the blank videos issues go away and then you’ll know if its the same problem for both.

hello Terry.thank you very muchchecked the support for dark knight and it worked.got tables working now.

reduced texture as well from unlimited to 2048 and all seems to be fine.upgrading gpu is my second task for better display.
