      Hello ,

i try to explain what my problem is so maybe someone else can help.

I bought an vpin from someone else that some time ago did a config through his account at the DOFconfig website.

Everything is working finde shake solenoid combos undercab led.

Now what happened ill try to get the metallica running and realised that i did my own account on the dof config webiste and ofcourse there are other settings than in this config i already had. Ill try to copy past it in the config100 i have but its not working like it should ( weired lightning no shaker and so on )

So maybe someone can help me.

If I upload the config is there a possibility to “decode” the config so that i can save it now properly under my account and have it forever in my dofconfig account ?

      Regards

jeah i saw that but in this case i had to know how the wireing is and i dont.

so there is no way to decode it ?

or maybe just to put the table in that i need in the config that is already there ?

I tryed to do that but it doesent work.

You can use tools to fire of your toys or flashers manually yes. Been a while since I did it last and don’t remember what that tool is called. Only thing is, when you play with it. It is important that you remember that once you turn that solenoid on, don’t forget to turn it off again pretty fast or you will most likely burn it. I’ll have a look an see if I find the tools I used and my cab has this night setting that kind of helps too. By the flick of a switch I break the power to the solenoids so it kind of helps too while testing.

The easier solution is probably randr BorgDog dof config test table.

I looked it up – I used Ledblinky and the simpleledtest.exe inside that archive.

thanks for your table and the ledblinky.

As for the wireing in my pincontrol 2. Do i have to rewire , rechange the DOF initial config and than i can update tables and take different roms like twd_160h ?

Or is there a way to just update the tablemappings without knowing the initial config.

                regards

My understanding is that. As long as your hardware match the config in the configtool then the reason for the download of the new config may take a little while before it starts, is that it knows your hardware, and it knows the table configs. So what it is doing is to make a valid config for your hardware and table(s). This is why you can add things yourself, or do what Terry explains, replace a broken part with another and still get the correct (according to your hardware setup) output.
