Who’s ready to fly?
Welcome to my VP10 F14-Tomcat table from Williams Pinball. This is a fast-paced Steve Ritchey pin from 1987. Its fast. Its furious. AND IT FIGHTS BACK!
Special thanks to Ganjafarmer for allowing me to mod is already a great table. Also thanks to Cyberpez, rothbauerw, flupper, benji, brad1x, Iaakki and many others from the VP10 workshop. Please see the credits in the table script and thank these guys for their contributions.

Absolute perfection. High adrenaline. Requires Red Bull.
Ganja’s F-14 was already top notch. Somehow this version improves virtually on everything: visually stunning, plays super realistic (I spent many quarters on this game) and kicks your butt as required.
@wrd1972 found one small issue, CustomCards is mentioned as available option but the function is commented out in the scriptIf anyone needs help with landscape cab POV you can try my settings:

What a fantastic face-lift. I started playing this more after watching it appear in tournament after tournament. An exciting table all around. Already played the OG often, but this bad-boy just scooted it’s happy-ass to the top for a while.
Also, I know 2 things:
- Â This is a proper table.
- Â I can’t win.

Glad everyone is enjoying the table. Please pass along any concerns or performance issues and I will address them right away in my next rev. I already fixed the custom cards issue and made visual enhancements. BTW there are some additional really cool features coming soon too.
My highest score thus far on the release is 5,652,564 with 8 aircraft landed. Everyone post up your high scores.

Great table in VR.
Third game with a highscore of 7.011.060.
One time the ball stuck in the upper right kicker, but I can set him free with nudge upside.
Two things I changed:Pull speed of the plunger I set to 0,25. With 5 the plunger is with my digital plunger always fully withdrawn immediately.
And I change the wall12, so that the ball doesn’t jump, if he reach the left flipperbat.

What did you do to wall12? More detail please.
As you see in the picture, the wall isn’t in line with the bat (red line). So the ball jumps.
I set a few points of the end of the wall a little higher, so that they are in line with the bat (green line).
Now the ball runs smoothly for me and I don’t see the changes.
Maybe you find a better solution.

Just revised the flipper angles, lengths and transitions from the guides to the bats. Now dead nuts perfect to my real F14.

Only did have time to play one single game of this one earlier today. Now, I’m heading out the cab, knowing it looks and plays great. Thanks a bunch !!
Update: Wow, what a light show – I absolutely love it !
Only one let down. This is the only game; both yours and Ganjafarmer, where in the middle of the game I’m in the risk of what I believe is pinmame crashing. Everything just freezes and music plays over and over the last ,3 seconds or so of where it was at the time of the crash. Have to task kill to actually get out of it. Done all the clean-up I can think of. Would be nice if anyone experience the same would tell me.
