Is this for two screen users? I am using a 3 screen system with LCD DMD

in my system pinup player freezes while im playing…all fine for some minutes…but then i can continue to play while pup is frozen (no video)….tried to resize videos (smaller)but nothing new happen. The puppack plays pefect without this full dmd.
