Gottlieb Premier Barb Wire – 1996 – VP9 to VPX conversion

This is a VPX conversion of TAB and Destruk’s 1996 Gottlieb Premier Barb Wire table. Big thanks to TAB and Destruk for their work. It can use some 3D models, but it doesn’t look too bad as it is. Feel free to fix it up or modify it, after all I’m a newbie to the VP scene. ;)

It needs the rom named “barbwire.zip”. Hopefully you have a friend who has it, because the Gottlieb roms were pulled for all of the VP sites.

I did not know this table,
fortunately I already had the rom because I was able to download the complete romset pinmame from a web page (which has already closed)
multiball modes are frantic,

My DMD is rotated 90º. How can I rotate it to a horizontal position?

It should rotate automatically when you pick from desktop to full screen on the Backdrop settings in VPX. But if not search the script for “rol” and change the value to either 0 or 1.

Rascal, you are killing it with these tables… thanks for the uploads.  I feel bad that the great Gottlieb rom scandal happened just before you started releasing these, but hopefully a lot of people have the full rom sets by now.

there is no real issue at all for Gottlieb roms, they are all parts of MAME romset and available approx everywhere exepting a few VisualPinball sites ;)
