Classic Gottlieb roto target mesh for table authors. This is a properly scaled round-target version with marbled plastic. This was used as early as the mid-1950s. Later versions had square targets.
For VP the unit sits at -142 z and spins on objroty. Looks bad if you have screenspace cranked up too high so keep it between .25 and .33.
“The roto unit has fifteen targets radially mounted on a rotating disc, with up to three targets projecting above the playfield. When the solenoid is energized, the drive lever arm engages the drive pawl with the drive gear of the ratchet which spins the target disc.”

this type of roto target changing the subject can be used with all gottlieb tables of 1950-60 years, like SILVER, ROCKET SHIP CRISS CROSS STRAIGHT FLUSH ROYAL FLUSH ecc.
