Been busy with other projects but got a chance to play a few more games this evening, alas could not top my prior score.

Did play 15 more games, 40 in total, not able to beat my own score. This table is without doubt the most tilted in my cab, with the exception of Capersville.

OK… this is unprecedented. The situation is that the winner (Thalamus) won’t choose the table, and has delegated the responsibility (to Randr). AND, the delegate (Randr) is refusing to make the selection; deferring back to the winner (Thalamus). We are caught in a loop! This is where my leadership skills and quick-thinking are required.
Here’s what I’ve come up with: Due to this crisis, I will make the selection myself. And, the GOTW for the upcoming week will be…. The Shadow!

I had read a lot of good things about the real shadow and so when the local pinball show came up last spring I made sure to seek out the one there and I played it several times. It was OK, maybe it would grow on me if I could play it more, and play it somewhere it wasn’t bf loud and crammed with people and someone with me that knew the game and could point things out, I do like the theme and am probably one of the few that actually enjoyed the movie when it first came out. Anyway, BorgDog is fine with the outcome (but would have picked Pink Panther). Look at that BorgDog went third person.. damn did it again, he must be getting a big head or something…

I thought of that (choosing BorgDog) too, Thalamus. But then I started thinking since you won, it was rightful your choice, and that you could delegate it however you wanted. I’m sure you can imagine the stress I was under, and the pressure I felt to take decisive action quickly. So, I took a few deep breaths, then made the call.
I think we need to visit this topic in the rules discussion thread!
