HELP! Colour roms no longer showing in PinMame if Ghosthunting game installed

Hi all,
I obviousy wont be sharing thr table im reffering to here, but id be greatful for any help.
I recently upgraded to a better pc and so have been reinstalling my VPX setup on the new machine (running Windoes 10)

I started by using thr all in one VPX installer, thrn i applied the latest SAM buid of PinMame and also copied across my colour rom files/folders which were working fine on my old pc.
I then installed the special pinmame for the ghiGhost hunting LE game (I picked it up from herr when it was inaitially released here and was working fine on my old pc)
I tested the table on my new pc and it worked fine (after changing didext draw in Rededit)
I then doenloaded thr latest Freezy files (1.8 something.
Now thr issue i have is, if i have thr Ghost game working, it seems to install over my Inmame, causing colour roms to not be shown in thr Rom list/trst function and i get an error when trying to load say Metallica LE which is is set up with the colour rom, but Ghost will work.
If I cloxk install32 within my Pinmame folder,the colour roms are available again and work, but Ghost doesn’t work- thia is really annoying.

you should have

Visual Pinball\VPinMAME

Visual Pinball\VPinSPA

all your rom based tables should run on the VPINMAME folder

your single table should run from the VPinSPA folder

you should have Freezys 1.8 or the latest version in your PINMAME folder

and Freezys 1.71   in your VPinSPA

two separate installations that don’t have anything to do with each other as

metalica should be in

Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\altcolor

and running from

Visual Pinball\VPinMAME\DmdDevice.INI

and GB should be in

Visual Pinball\VPinSPA\altcolor

running from

Visual Pinball\VPinSPA\DmdDevice.INI

Thanks for your help Assassin; much appreciated. I will test later, but i think the problem is not having thr earlier Freezy release in my VPinSPA folder!

P.s apologies for all thr typos evwryone; typing and autocorrext on my phone causes all kinf of issues for me!…
