I’m seeing some strange DOF behavior on a few tables when the ball releases (tested so far with Funhouse and Attack from Mars). Most of the time when the ball releases, my right flipper contactor fires and then the left flipper contactor fires along with the strobes. The strobes then dim but don’t shut off until they fire for some other reason. Other times, the left flipper contactor and strobes don’t fire at all on ball release.
I don’t see any other issues with DOF. At all other times, strobes fire fine and shut off normally. Right and left contactors fire fine and I don’t see any cross-talking between the toys. I’m a bit miffed at the moment.
Any ideas?

April 8, 2017 at 10:45 pm #51929Triple check diodes. You should get a solenoid firing on ball release into plunger lane but strobes should never stick on. Perhaps a bad output on ledwiz?
Also hello!!! Been extremely busy with real day job :( we need to get together soon!

Just let me know when things settle down. Alice started playing some pinball. Yay! She’s been practicing.
