Jacks Open for VPX 10.1.
This is a conversion of Pinuck’s table for VP9. Lots of polish and shine on this one!
Thanks to Pinuck for giving me all his original resources for the table. Thanks to Gary Nance for access to the real thing for photos, tuning, playing and adding his high score sticky note to the table. Thanks to BorgDog for helping me fix the scoring routines and other bits here and there.
The download includes Pinucks original B2S.exe file for the backglass. I’ll post a newer hi-res version later.
My cab runs portrait, change the backdrop FS settings to your liking.

June 24, 2016 at 1:23 am #32283Oh yeah, Thanks to HauntFreaks for the sticky note paper! And I think the bumper caps… and maybe the rubber wheel… and anything else I took from BorgDog that Haunt did.

I will make a .directb2s later. I have a higher resolution image for the backglass from Gnance already, I just need to put it together. In the mean time the .exe that is in the .zip works fine for the backglass.

July 4, 2016 at 3:40 pm #32930Strange thing is, they are in the script and functioning via table sound menu, though :). Apart from that, this table is really awesome.

July 4, 2016 at 5:32 pm #32933Yeah, the ball rolling sounds used to work. It’s old code, but because it worked I didn’t change it. But I think something in 10.1 maybe caused it to stop. I have a couple things to fix and I’ll get a version up with ball rolling sounds working.

July 5, 2016 at 5:08 am #32949No hurry, was just curious if something with my machine was wrong.
Thanks again for this table, it plays really well. Reminds me of VP9 Triple Strike’s realistic feeling.

July 16, 2016 at 10:30 am #33417Great looking table!
Is it just me or does the ball get way bigger at the top of the playfield and get smaller as it rolls down? I have never seen this issue before. Nobody else has mentioned it, so maybe I am the only one. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot!

July 16, 2016 at 5:20 pm #33431Yes, I have “stretch ball with table” enabled. I have tried all 3 setting in that “stretch ball” area but there is no difference when I play the game. I’m running more than 650 FS visual tables in my HyperPin set-up and this is the only table that I have this issue with. I’m pretty sure my VPX1.1 is set to default settings.
Many thanks for the rapid help and suggestion!!!

July 16, 2016 at 5:27 pm #33432OK, I got it!! I used the settings sample posted by HauntFreaks and that cleared it right up. I should have tried that sooner. Now it looks PERFECT! Again MANY thanks to Drybonz for suggestion and to HauntFreaks for posting the settings image.
I love it!!!
