You're gonna need a bigger pincab!

This is the VPX version of my Jaws PuP-Pack. It's a fairly simple table so it only took a few days...but I may update it later when I have more time.

I had a couple of days free time away from my military training course, so I finally got this sucker done!

A video demo of the PuP-Pack can be found here:

    https://youtu.be/rHyy1aXLLuA

    REQUIREMENTS:

    VPX Table 1.0b or higher.

You MUST use the newly updated 1.0b version of the VPX table...as I have added the additional triggers needed for ALL the PuP-Videos to the table script. This pack will not work correctly without it! You can the the updated table here:

    https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/jaws-future-pinball-to-visual-pinball-build/

Pinup Player 1.4 or higher installed and working.

    http://www.nailbuster.com/wikipinup/doku.php?id=install_guide

This current version does not support toppers....but it will play fine on all setups, including 2 screen cabinets.

    2 Screen cabinet users:

Using the pup-pack editor, you need to disable Screen 12 (the "TEXT-DMD" Screen) to allow a space for your DMD to be shown on the backglass.

    INSTALLATION:

Simply copy the "Jaws" folder from the PuP-Pack zip to your PUPVideos folder.

    Enjoy!

Thanks goto Rom and SLAMT1LT for the original FP tables, and RandR for the VPX conversion!

Thanks also to Tarcisio Caleiro for his excellent Jaws default background video!

The Future Pinball Ultimate Pro JAWS PuP-Pack is coming... but that table has way more content and modes, etc so it will need a much larger PuP-Pack...and of course the table will need to be updated to work with it. (When I have time).

Thanks terry. You always take everything to extreme! This should be interesting to add to the table and will for sure add a bit more to a very simple table. Thanks again!

Tried it, love it.  Vids selected are perfect, love the bleed out on ball loss, etc.  Thanks Terry!

    Fun fact:

This table (and all tables that have SLAMT1LT’s videos) have A LOT of sound bites from the movies. It’s something he and Rom really excel at.

As a result, I can’t just add whatever videos I want with their audio included, as it won’t work well.

So ALL the videos in this pack (and MOTU) have no audio. I needed to make sure ALL the videos synced up with the audio bites that were used, so I needed to use a separate DOF trigger for almost every video. I also had to do that for some of the videos in the FP Tron PuP-Pack as well.

I noticed the Sync, figured it’s how you used them.  Well done man well done!!

Once again Terry, you prove you are the best.  Excellent conversion to VPX with PUP.  You, Randr, and the whole crew did a wonderful job.  This is my favorite movie of all time and I’m loving playing this table, now with VPX physics.  Any topper (or bottomer) planned?

I’m far away from home on a training course until June….so until I get some free time, nothing yet.

    should I delete those dmddevicepup-files?

(Make sure there are no blocked dlls in your vpinmame folder like the ‘dmddevicepup.dll’. )

make sure means what – unblock or delete? how do I know they are blocked?
