Tom, I found the answer on another site (it’s from chucky87 – minuzzu and arngrim told him)
For all those who get the message “error Line 1” with UltraDMD 1.4
Open the file KISSDMDV2.vbs with “blocnote”
Find the two “DisplayScoreboard00” and remove “00” (you should read “DisplayScoreboard”)
File and closeHope it will help you

It was recreated by reviewing videos and wikis – not having the roms means the dmd is screen grabs and the scoring is pretty much best guesses and made up. The scripting I did was to try and replicated the modes and mysteries as best as I could..

June 9, 2018 at 8:11 am #88019Great work! Only thing that sucks is Demon head spitting the bal STDM, this happens also on the real pin, but I think at least it has a ball save?

June 9, 2018 at 9:58 am #88024Well you can always nudge
The shooter does have a random aspect to it so it can perhaps go STDM sometimes – not certain if I put a ball save in that operation — doubt it. I believe that was a feature added to the real table after the initial code release. Now if we can get some of the newer Stern tables with some nice pf/plastics images – love to code up another Stern..

June 9, 2018 at 12:07 pm #88032guess I was just unlucky then, it went STDM every time I shot into it for 5 games I played in a row

July 11, 2018 at 5:36 pm #91370if anyone has the line:1 null error on exit.
comment the ultradmd function out in the kisscore.vbs file. The error should go away
Sub table1_Exit
Savehs
If B2SOn Then Controller.stop
‘ if UseUDMD then
‘ UltraDMD.clear
‘ UltraDMD.uninit
‘ end if
End SubYou need to login in order to like this post: click here
July 12, 2018 at 7:09 am #91401I will give this a try. I only get this error when exiting the game in Popper. It plays and exits fine outside of popper.

September 22, 2018 at 1:30 am #98933I consistently get an error, “Line 1 (Null)”. Why is this an error? It’s commented ( ‘ ) out. It should not even be recognized. I’ve heard one other say they have this same problem. Anyone have any idea why? If I launch the table directly from VPX this typically doesn’t occur, but if I launch from a front end (I use Popper), this error always occurs as I quit the game. It’s odd too, because it’s an error upon exit, not an error that keep me from starting or playing. Any one have an idea? Thanks!

January 3, 2019 at 11:15 am #108505Custom audio files on this table seem to be way too loud compared to default sounds (audio_whatever sounds are loud, fx_whatever sounds are ok). Not just a bit but like 10x too loud. Has someone reduced the volume of those custom audio files already?

Yea just lazy and thought if someone would have adjusted them already :)
Not sure why they are so loud? Shouldn’t be VP version issue as everything is packed to table file. With 10.5 everything except those fx_ files is too loud in this table. I dropped music to 50% from table settings and fiddled with script but yes, it’s easier to adjust volume from manager. You need to login in order to like this post: click here

January 10, 2019 at 5:38 pm #109064Sorry if this has been asked… is the BG supposed to be a static image (no effects)?
Just making sure it’s not something wrong on my end. ;)
Thank you
