Linear plunger acting all screwy now

Wasn’t sure what section to put this in…

when I reinstalled my plunger with the linear pot, I went to recalibrate it and the range on the pull is very small now

you can see in the pic how it’s all on the right side when before it was all the way across that bar.  It works but it is very jumpy now.  I didn’t change any settings in VPX or pinscape, which is what it’s hooked up to

That’s how mine was and after trying to calibrate it 20 times I realized I had the wires wrong.
